Good location, free tea and coffee and bread and jam for breakfast, clean room. Very green painted. Room 7 was abit odd - small with a air vent to kitchen/lounge so was abit loud when people using facilities. The family rooms/private rooms/ any room other than room 7 looked big and comfortable. Room 7 was okay but very small/green /next to kitchen

Wish we had any room other than ours. But for the price everything okay. 2 nights was more than enough for this area unless you have a car - as you need a tour to go anywhere other than the main strip area which is okay

Facilities is good, got surau, the toilet is muslim friendly got pail n dipper,water pressure is good,tv with suffice channel

No breakfast during my 2nd day of staying,maybe run out of bread at 9pm, also water heater is not so hot even at the max level, iron is not properly functioning, the queen bed is dented at the centre, wifi is slow at night when everybody is in... No other than that it is a good stay

- small breakfast available (toast & jam) - filtered water, coffee & tea available 24/7 - good location, 6 min. of walking from the Tanah Rata bus station - spacious room & balcony, good facilities in our private bathroom, comfy bed

- slow wifi, weak signal in the room - the promised “mountain view” was misleading 😅 you can see the mountains if you look to your left side but the main view is just another building - during our stay, water (in the toilet, sink, shower) was unavailable for nearly 17 hours and nothing was communicated to us for nearly 15 hours. The communication could be improved overall. - no shampoo provided, only soap - no elevator - there could be more knives in the kitchen - can get noisy in the morning if the people having breakfast are inconsiderate

The orhid hotel is suitable for does want to stay as a budget hotel...the room is clean and have a good conditon and comfortable to stay at room..the location also strategic beside the shop, bank and others facilities, has surau, the toilet is clean.. i recommended to all who was searching budget hotel..next time when i was planned to cameron Highlands..Insya Allah i was choose this hotel again.

1)The Parking is depend on your fate and luck, have a public parking in front hotel but always full...need to parking a bit far from hotel 2) For those like view mountain or nature scenery..this hotel is not recommended to them... because this hotel is surrounding of building

Owner was very helpful, a bulb in our room (no windows) stopped working and he arranged employees to replace within 5 minutes, no problems when we had to prolong our stay. Contact is through Whatsapp. Good price for what you get. Breakfast is toast bread and jam. Unlimited tea and coffee in the kitchen

Pillows were not the most comfortable nor the cleanest (under pillow case)

The staff were super helpful, was also very clean. The breakfast was toast and jam very basic, but breakfast none the less.

There was only one toilet and one shower per floor, luckily for us it was not busy when we were there. There was no communal soap to wash your hands after being to the toilet. The toilet is a typical asian toilet, just a constantly wet room. Despite all of this, it was a pleasant stay and would stay again.

Great people nice location for everything. They’ve got guides and free hikes they’ll tell you about, free water refill, breakfast toast, and coffee!

They could use some new pillows, under the cases were a little gross, and I got bed bugs in one room but they instantly moved us and tore the room apart

Great stay! it has all you need. Kitchen with everything, simple breakfast with bread and jam, good room, simple bathroom with warm water and close to all the facilities like food, scooter rental etc.

I really liked the chilled vibes of this place and the location. The possibility of having coffee all day and toast in the morning. Like being at home :)

Room has no windows and if you take the shared bathroom room it can be that you're in front of the kitchen so slightly noisy. For us it was not a problem though, the place is airy so if you keep the door open for a while it's fine, and after 9 nobody was talking or making noises. Very good deal for the price!

The location is excellent; right in the city center with many restaurants around. The staff was lovely and very helpful. We also rented a scooter from the reception and it was very easy. They offer bread, butter, jam and tea for breakfast. There is also free drinkable water in the kitchen. The room was good value for money.

There was minimal soundproofing so we could hear the people outside of the room. The room is small with no window, but we already knew that.
