Great location, directly on the river. 5 minutes walk to Palacio de Hierro and other attractions. Nice cafe on the property. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. Wi-Fi was working well. Convenient AU bus terminal across the river. Watch out, the ADO terminal is quite some distance away. Taxi should be Peso 50. Traffic noise during the day, but quiet at night. I would definitely book the place again.

The bed could have been better. I was there at the end of November, it can get cold at night.

Great location. Loved being close to the river, lovely river walk with numerous bridges. Enjoyed seeing the free zoo. The animals looked well taken care of. Easy walk also to the cablecar along the river. Nothing to complain about our stay at the hotel.

Close enough to the city center. The ladies were great, the guys less so. The views of a mountain are beautiful.

It really needs some upgrades. The lighting is inadequate to read, the shower heads are ancient, the floors are dangerously slippery. It is very very loud, but the staff does nothing to control it.

The location was good, but they don't have telephone in the rooms. Just that. They are very nice people and have good manners Everything in general was ok. And that's all, felllas, don't make me writte too much.

Next to the hotel there are some jabalies in the zoo. The one that is in the river. Just beacuse of that they have a smell kind of disgussting. And that's all fellas, dont make me writte too much, that is annoying.

The location is excellent for the river walk to the cable car, and the town centre. The beds are really comfy and room was clean. There is Free parking too and freindy staff. A great budget hotel in a safe and convenient area.

Its noisey because there are zoo animals right next to hotel on the river. I didn't mind this really but it will annoy some people when trying to sleep. I recommend using earplugs then its no problem.

Nice, neat, clean property. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location right ne t to the lovely river walk and 15 minute walk to central square and parks and mountain trails.

Breakfast in bed and a daily massage while being fed grapes would have been nice. ;-)

Hotel del Rio is close to the city centre and to one of the AOD bus terminals. The room was comfortable.

There was some noise from the nearby street.

This location is right on the river zoo and is exactly where we wanted to stay. We enjoyed walking along the river, seeing the animals and birds in thei unique zoo setting. The building is older but the location makes it very popular. I'm done OK there and I'm gonna finish here.

Location was great walking distance to many local shops and cafes. It was right along the river where we could see live animals.

No deadbolt or extra lock to secure the room at night while we slept.

Very clean. Hot shower and good water pressure.

Terrible wifi. Only worked 50% of the time.
