+the beach is beautiful, and the environment is clean in general; it is possible to swim in the sea and nice to walk along the beach +internet works well +it's nice to bicycle to Tanjung Binga village and harbour from the hotel

-there were some problems with the pipes (bathroom) and they made noise so that I could not really sleep the second night -I wanted to have a quiet room but for some reason they gave the room right next to mine to other guests even if there were also other rooms free in the hotel at that time: the rooms are not very soundproof -renting a bike was a hassle

I really felt like in a sanctuary. This resort is an oasis of silence. It's a very special resort, very different of others. You feel connected 100% with the nature. The beautiful beaches and the views delight your eyes. The amenities were amaizing, as well as the resort's staff. Special thx to Wanda, Celine, Aris, Robin, Hamidah, Agus, Dimas, Farid, Cahyo, Rani and everyone else we interacted with. Thank you for the wonderful stay Sheraton Belitung.

A little music in the background at the pool would have been nice.

The place is very beautiful with a private beach and a nice swimming pool. The beach is very clean with less wind so the kids can safely play and swim there. The breakfast was wonderful with various foods from Western to Asian. We booked an extra bed for our oldest kid and the room is still pretty spacious.

When you are traveling with a baby, a buggy is pretty difficult to use because of the sandy road. It will be better if you just bring a carrier. Despite the nice room, unfortunately, the bathtub is located outside the room, and at night it was pretty dark, and bugs were coming.

This resort truly offers an exceptional experience. The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service is evident throughout the property. I was particularly impressed by Celine, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. Her commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction deserves special recognition. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Everything. The breakfast is very good, the spa is amazing, the rooms are incredible, well designed, large and comfortable with a balcony. The staff is so professional and kind. You will rest and enjoy all the facilities with many activities (a large swimming pool, boat excursions, etc…).

Staffs are helpful. They are full of service with heart. Room The ambiance is peaceful and silent. Perfect for retreat. The place is hidden, to reach there need to rent a car because it is located inside a tropical forest around 2-3 km from the main street. It is a very natural place with a private beach, they keep it clean. The building also has a natural design. The room is clean and comfy. Food is well served in a 5-star hotel. Nothing. It just perfect.

The room was superb, spacious, clean, with all the comfort it can provide. The bed quality is top notch, and lots of drawers to unpack clothing for long stays. Room facilities are abundant from hair dryer to coffee maker. The bathroom is very aesthetic with two sinks, showers also equipped with a rainfall outlet. The room temperature was great, and the balcony provides sitting area with ocean view and an outdoor bathtub that can be relaxing after a long day. Breakfast menu is great with variety of choices, very suitable for families. The food's high quality for room service is as expected for such high rated resort. But most of all, it is the excellent service from the staff which gives me the best impression, to the point where they are willing to be as helpful as they can be for families with little children.

There's nothing wrong with the resort itself, but because of the resort is pretty far from the city (around half an hour-ish), going back and forth into the city will take some time. But if you are not planning to go to the city that much, then everything is fine, the resort has everything you need to relax. Also, unfortunately we came at the wrong season. The bad weather has prevented us to do island hopping where we can travel by boat to see the nearest islands. But we already planned to go back here on the next summer where the weather will be nice.

Our stay at the Sheraton resort was perfect. It is a resort surrounded by nature where peace reigns and you can relax in the beautiful pool overlooking the sea or on the white beach with direct access from the property. The resort offers several interesting indoor and outdoor activities. We tried kayaking with snorkeling equipment and it was great to be able to reach several small islands from the beach in a few minutes where we also spotted turtles.

The hotel is located on a beatiful sandy beach with a convenient access to the sea and an ultimate proximity to nearby islands. Island hopping is a must do activity. The room was tidy. The bed was very confy to sleep. The hotel staff was extremely helpful.

I have come to visit in a rainy season and therefore there was plenty of seaweed and small garbage brought to a beach. There were not enough cleaning efforts from the side of the hotel staff to clean the beach. Looks like everyone wait for the end of the rainy season when there is no need to address significant efforts for cleaning. Also, I would like to admit that the breakfasts were rather poor.

Delicious and fresh, with plenty of variety! Loved the fresh pastries and coffee. Can’t beat having the restaurant right on the sand.

The restaurant's service was sometimes great, other times slow. The lunch and dinner options were limited so this was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
