The staff is beyond friendly. Beautiful place, beautiful lobby and beautiful nature. Breakfast is fairly diverse. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff was. Thank you Clara and Suzan! But also everyone else.

The breakfast had tasty sauces and recipes for chicken everyday, but the chicken was dry every time. Some tips for the hotel could be: The pool could use more beds. The beach has no beds. The hotel amenities does not include a razor. The taxi option through the hotel is 3x more expensive than through a local. This is too much of a price difference to be reasonable.

+the beach is beautiful, and the environment is clean in general; it is possible to swim in the sea and nice to walk along the beach +internet works well +it's nice to bicycle to Tanjung Binga village and harbour from the hotel

-there were some problems with the pipes (bathroom) and they made noise so that I could not really sleep the second night -I wanted to have a quiet room but for some reason they gave the room right next to mine to other guests even if there were also other rooms free in the hotel at that time: the rooms are not very soundproof -renting a bike was a hassle

I really felt like in a sanctuary. This resort is an oasis of silence. It's a very special resort, very different of others. You feel connected 100% with the nature. The beautiful beaches and the views delight your eyes. The amenities were amaizing, as well as the resort's staff. I had an amazing time at Sheraton Belitung! The resort is stunning — beautiful beach, crystal-clear water, and peaceful surroundings. My room was spacious and clean. The staff were truly exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. I especially loved the food, the beachfront setting, and the overall relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil island getaway from Jakarta. Can’t wait to return!

The place is very beautiful with a private beach and a nice swimming pool. The beach is very clean with less wind so the kids can safely play and swim there. The breakfast was wonderful with various foods from Western to Asian. We booked an extra bed for our oldest kid and the room is still pretty spacious.

When you are traveling with a baby, a buggy is pretty difficult to use because of the sandy road. It will be better if you just bring a carrier. Despite the nice room, unfortunately, the bathtub is located outside the room, and at night it was pretty dark, and bugs were coming.

This resort truly offers an exceptional experience. The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service is evident throughout the property. I was particularly impressed by Celine, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. Her commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction deserves special recognition. Everything. The breakfast is very good, the spa is amazing, the rooms are incredible, well designed, large and comfortable with a balcony. The staff is so professional and kind. You will rest and enjoy all the facilities with many activities (a large swimming pool, boat excursions, etc…).

Staffs are helpful. They are full of service with heart. Room The ambiance is peaceful and silent. Perfect for retreat. The place is hidden, to reach there need to rent a car because it is located inside a tropical forest around 2-3 km from the main street. It is a very natural place with a private beach, they keep it clean. The building also has a natural design. The room is clean and comfy. Food is well served in a 5-star hotel. It is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

Delicious and fresh, with plenty of variety! Loved the fresh pastries and coffee. Can’t beat having the restaurant right on the sand.

The restaurant's service was sometimes great, other times slow. The lunch and dinner options were limited so this was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
