So many delights; the friendly staff team, peaceful beach front location, lush plants, kayaks & paddle board. And the food - oh the food! So fresh and delicious, the best we had in Thailand. Everything was faultless

As soon as we stepped into the place with two small kids, they were super friendly. The staff are incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort and make everything possible. They helped us to get to Krabi for an emergency, within 30 minutes, everything was organized. But what steals the show is the stunning sea view. Imagine savoring a divine meal as you gaze out at the endless blue horizon, the sound of waves gently caressing your soul. It's not just dining; it's an experience that uplifts you.

I stayed at Banyan Beach Villas for 8 nights and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, with direct access to a beautiful, unspoiled beach. The villas and grounds are kept immaculately clean, and the pool area is just as stunning as the beach. It’s the ideal place to truly relax and unwind. The staff were outstanding—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more special. The on-site restaurant was also excellent, offering a great selection of delicious dishes throughout the day. If you're looking for a calm, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay, I highly recommend Banyan Beach Villas. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Lovely little resort tucked away at the top part of Koh Jum. We felt welcomed by Kwan and her team from the moment we arrived. The resort was tranquil and our villa had amazing ocean views and sunsets and a private beach. We ate each night at the resort and the food there is some of the best we’ve eaten in Thailand. Lovely fish and traditional Thai foods. Thanks again for such a memorable and stay - we hope to be back one day soon. Your staff are such a credit to your resort. They really made a good stay into an amazing one.

Pool was refreshing but its surroundings need a little refresh which seemed to be underway.

We had a great stay at Banyan Bay Villas. The island itself is beautiful, with a long quiet beaches, authentic villages, and relatively few tourists. The hotel has its own private beach, which looks especially beautiful during high tide, this is the best time for swimming, as the water is quite far out during low tide. There's also a pool right by the beach, which is a good alternative when the tide is low. The hotel’s restaurant offers a stunning view over the sea and beach, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the two friendly dogs added to the relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious and the terrace directly on the beach was definitely a highlight. We really enjoyed our time here!

If I had to mention something, the room wasn’t spotless, but it was still clean enough and didn’t affect our overall comfort.

Because the food is cooked on the spot, it takes longer to be served. It is not awfully long, but noticeable (I would say 20 to 30 min) But again, I would rather wait these few minutes and having a fantastic meal, as opposed to a fast reheated meal The beach has many small pieces of corrals which is annoying to walk onto in some spots. But it was manageable, even with a 2 year old baby

All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and welcoming. The ladies in the kitchen/reception made such a fuss of our little boy which he absolutely loved! Language barrier was not an issue for us at all. There is a staff member who speaks English, French and Thai but we got on just fine when he wasn’t around. The food in the restaurant was delicious especially to Tom Yum soup and breakfast omelette. The view from the bedroom was amazing and I liked the little touches like the mini bar being restocked, the beach shoes we were given and the box of toys and floats available for our son.

The views, the ambience and friendly staff. The island has very few cars and we were able to rent a motorbike with side rickshaw from Banyan Bay Villas, allowing the three of us to visit the rest of the island and discover local restaurants since the hotel is located in the quieter northern part of the island. The owner was present each day, has excellent language skills and was very helpful.

It was a beautiful traditional style 2 bedroomed villa with lots of gaps for air to circulate around the doors and windows and although we worried about mosquitos, we were not bitten overnight

It was only two days that we spent there, but it was such a great experience for us. This was thanks to the amazing staff who welcomed us every day with big smiles and the owner’s warm hospitality. You won’t feel like just “another” guest to them. The bungalows are rustic, with only seven of them in the Banyan Bay area, hidden within a beautiful garden, making the stay cozy and intimate. Those who are light sleepers should know that it can be noisy at night due to the sounds of nature and monkeys jumping on the roof. :) The food served in the restaurant is also delicious. Since this part of the island, where the villas are located, is a bit isolated (which is great because of the surrounding nature), it’s worth renting a motorbike to explore the island and check out the beaches. We booked the Banyan Villa and were very happy with the house. This is actually intended for 4 people, but for two it was perfect and we had plenty of space. The view from the balcony into the bay with sunset is just perfect! We particularly liked the trees and the many greenery that gave us a lot of shade in the hot temperatures. Attention, there are monkeys coming from the forest! A funny spectacle, so don't leave anything important lying around, the monkeys will steal it in any case. The breakfast and food was overall good and tasty. The island has beautiful beaches, a scooter can be rented on site and explore the island. We liked the secluded and relaxed atmosphere!

A mosquito net was missing and would make everything perfect. Mosquitoes are there, nobody can prevent that. Luckily we had our own with us, so we could sleep with the door open and listen to the sounds of the sea and from the forest.
