Very accommodating staff (kindly gave me a lift to the pier when I was leaving for free), can hire bikes for a small fee, able to organise tours through the accommodation (I did one up mount Phu), big clean room, close to a nice café for breakfast, allowed me to check in early no problem, water provided free of charge, great location in the middle of the island - just 10 min walk to the beach (or a 5 min cycle), responsive on booking.com

No hot water but it was so warm this wasn't really an issue

The owner gave good instructions on how to get from the ferry, and met me when I arrived. He spoke English. The bungalow was large, with good aircon. The wifi was reasonable. Although beside the main road it was not noisy. There were a couple of nice restaurants nearby, and a good launderette 5 minutes down the road. I did not want to ride a scooter so I walked. The location was good for walking up the west coast, and south along the west coast and around to the main town and pier. Nice beaches and swimming. Good supermarket across the road.

My friend told me to bring a book. I see what he meant. This island is very quiet and not really for the 'Phi Phi' types. I was happy enough with my podcasts and walks, a quiet dinner in the evening and a few beers. A few ants on the bathroom sink, but not a problem. We left each other alone.

Very friendly staff. Good location and bikes to rent. We rented bikes most days and the owner let us take them for free for our final day on Jum which was a nice touch. Little front porch with chairs to sit out on in semi-privacy. Loved Koh Jum and enjoyed the location so booked 2 further nights directly with the property. We were able to buy our ferry ticket from the accomodation and the owner dropped us to the pier on the morning we left.

We had ants on the first night when we came back from dinner without any real reason, no food/drinks in the room. Once we put out some bug resistant bands we didn't have an issue after that.

The bungalow is a new one, with everything you need and has a big balcony with a garden so you have your own privacy. Shop, cafe, bar just a few steps, restaurant and beach in walking distance. The owner is a very friendly man! You can pay by card here and can exchange money, and can rent a scooter too. They organise excursions as well so this place has everything you need during your stay. Instead of this is a hostel, the bungalow is highly recommended for a family too (they can put extra bed into it).

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. You can hire a moped or a bicycle to explore the island. Shop next door and a cafe and a lovely restaurant across the road. If you need to get money, you can either get it from the owner of the resort or the shop

Cold water for showering may be put in a heated shower. A couple of nights are dogs behind really barking every hour until 4 am

The location was amazing, across the street there is an excellent cafe and next to a market, close to the sea, bicycles for rent, spacious and clean room, good air conditioning, the owners are lovely.

The water in the shower is cold but it's so hot outside so it was fine. The wifi in the rooms is not good but the lobby has better reception.

Huge room. Nice beds. Three showers and toilet which is plenty. Great air con. Really good restaurant right across the street and conference store next door. Good price.

No water available and a little difficult to find the guy who’s runs the joint. But if you stuck around he shows up.

The hostel is ver well located.Loved the nearby cafe and mini markets and its proximity to the beach.Room is spacious,super clean and bathrooms as well.A much appreciated strong a/c in the room is always a plus! A special thanks to the owner for the morning ride with the bike to Mu Tu pier. Kop kung kah,see you sometime in the future on this paradise island!!!

Clean and the host is really nice. Helped me with tuktuk rent and tickets.

Please put curtains, everyone needs privacy. That would be my only suggestion.

It felt safe, we had everything we needed (shop next door & cafe 50m from room). The staff were very helpful & we enjoyed the peaceful location. It was easy to get a taxi and often the staff would personally take us where we needed to go.
