I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Deccan SM Park, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the very start. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all of the amenities I could have needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The hotel's restaurant served some of the most delicious and beautifully presented meals I've ever had the pleasure of eating, and I couldn't get enough of the fresh, flavorful food.

I LIKE THE LOCATION WHICH IS NEARER TO AIRPORT,RAMANUJA STATUE.HYGENE ROOMS WELL COOPERATED STAFF.WE DIDN'T TRIED FOOD BUT AS PER MENU WE SEEN LIMITED OPTIONS.OUTSIDE ALSO NOT MUCH OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR TIFFINS AND MEALS THIS IS THE ONLY PROBLEM WE FACED. WE CAME HERE TO SEND OFF MY BROTHER FOR INTL FLIGHT.RAMANUJA STATUE IS VERY NEAR JUST 7KMS FROM HERE.I MUST SUGGEST EVERYONE WHO WANTS ROOM NEAR AIRPORT S M DECCAN IS THE BEST OPTION.PARKING ALSO AVAILABLE.

NEED REGULAR TIFFINS AND MEALS IN YOUR MENU.PARKING AREA WAS NOT CLEAN.

Said my bank cards had the wrong pin numbers which was wrong information because they worked before arrival and after arrival elsewhere .I paid in cash

I reached the hotel past midnight and the staff upgraded me to a much bigger room since it was late to make me wait. The food in the hotel was limited but good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

1. The rooms were clean. 2. The Hospitality was great. 3. The food was delicious, but was on the costlier side. 4. Parking just in-front of the hotel.

1. There was nothing i didn't liked, just the TV remote was missing, though i didn't watched the television. The Set top box remote was available, but the TV remote was missing.

Even though it was raining outside for the past few days the hotel floors were all kept neat and dry. Very welcoming front office staff and ready to serve your needs immediately. Rooms were cleaned daily by replacing the linens and also the table stocks and toiletries. Choice of restaurants nearby if you are a foodie. Shopping market at walkable distance.

Just need the wifi to be stable

Didn't have breakfast, due to extremely short stay. Location was perfect. Very close to the airport. All other types of transport is available aplenty. Many eateries around and shops nearby was a big plus.

We had an issue with the room air conditioning. The installed split AC, though working perfectly, was unable to take the load. Must have been due to the exceptionally high temperature on that particular day. When informed, the manager came down personally to take a look. A big thumbs up to the management for that.

Food items needs big improvement. Breakfast is not up to the mark and needs big change, right from the dishes to the staff handling it

Everything, what not. Especially the ambience, entrance, the staff offcourse the room's and view. I loved each and every thing. Staff was so friendly and helpful. One of my best Stay with SM Deccan Hotels. Thanks to each and everyone. My special thanks to Booking.com☺️👍

It is Very Near To Shamshabad Airport. Food Quality And staff Behaviour Is Very Polite And Way of Receiving Too Good. Receptionists Are very Excellent . If Don't Hindhi or English No Need Worry about That There is a Telugu receptionists Are Available in this Hotel . Hotel Fully Safe and Hygeinc As Per Govt Rules.If I Go Hyderabad I Definitely Go to this Hotel and Stay This Hotel only .
