The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very attentive and friendly, and they cleaned my room every day! All equipment and appliances (AC, fridge, microwave, outlet) in the room works! except the TV remote needs new battery. It also had a good firm bed. For premium rate you got free snacks and drinks every day in the fridge, worth the extra cost! The front desk staff lend a free international plug. Good variety breakfast menu, and a great location adjacent to many restaurants and many stores/malls within the walking distance. The manager of the hotel was very friendly.

The gym was not open 24x7, only open from 7AM to 10PM! I ended up only able to use it twice of the 9 days I stayed since at other times it was already closed when I had the spare time. Breakfast was good except for one day that there were too many patrons, the que was taking a long time even over 20 people were queuing outside the restaurant! I ended up getting breakfast somewhere else. And, if you don't read Korean, you will find a difficulty to turn on the stove - that's right, you have to make your own scrambled or sunny-side-up eggs! The "free" bicycle facility was only for max of 2 hours which's pretty much useless. No flat iron in the room - you had to go to the laundry room! The pillows were way too soft! The front desk staff can be more friendly, smile a little bit shouldn't hurt.

Availability of microwave and wide spread of food during breakfast is good. Carpeted room is cosy WiFi is reliable. Location is accessible and convenient among shops.

Additional breakfast menu that includes 100% seafood or fish-beneficial for Muslim travellers. Universal power outlets for travellers.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and close to plenty of restaurants

Would be good if they offered some dinner options in the Hotel. Sometimes after a long business day you don't feel like walking outside. Several years ago the former Hotel MSTAY offered this.

The room was on the level I requested, the staff was very accommodating; from the interactions with the front desk, the kitchen staff, as well as housekeeping. Just a great group of individuals. The facility was very clean and well maintained, with every need being easily fulfilled, from the very nice laundry area to providing a requested ironing board and iron and leaving it in my room prior to my arrival.

The only concern I had was the office chair in my room was not very comfortable and made working at the desk difficult. Other than that, it was very nice.

Breakfast is typical with other hotels, but the value for money of their breakfast is excellent. The check-in process is very smooth and the staff communicates in English well. They even made some recommendations in the city when asked.

Basically nothing. I'll stay here again.

this property is located within walking distances of all the conveniences I required and the staff provided me with all my requests.

the parking is challenging

This is my new go-to hotel in Changwon. Very clean, comfy beds, cold AC, 4 bottles of water and 2 beers FREE everyday, and smells great (no musty). Bonus: free happy hour and walking distance to downtown Changwon.

Cook your own eggs was odd and time consuming.
