We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Jungle Crown! The location is perfect, nestled close to nature yet easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Despite our late arrival, the team patiently waited for us at both dinner and breakfast, always cheerful and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to them for going the extra mile to celebrate my parents’ anniversary—with thoughtful room decor and a surprise cake that made the occasion truly memorable. This was easily one of the most warm and welcoming stays we’ve ever had, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our honeymoon and they did everything they could to make it special for us. The room was beautiful and kept spotless by the lovely staff, the beds were so soft and comfortable, food was tasty and when we passed by the kitchens we noticed they were immaculate. The staff in the dining room were so lovely and friendly and the staff on the desk helped us with everything we needed during our stay. There are beautiful gardens and a great swimming pool and you are very close to the park so you see elephants passing daily. I would definately recommend this as a place to stay!

Free pickup from the bus station was very helpful and a cold welcome drink was a nice touch! The room was beautiful, very clean, and well fitted with all the necessary amenities. The area was stunning and thriving with natural beauty and attracted lots of butterflies. The swimming pool was lovely. Despite what we had read from other reviews, we thought the food was pretty reasonably priced for the area, and also some of the best we have had - absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The water temperature in the bathroom was very difficult to control, to the point where it was quite dangerous. It was either lukewarm or scalding hot. It’s expensive to book tours here compared to the tour offices in town, but this is to be expected. It’s about 30 minutes walk to town, but the hotel offers transport and it’s cheap to get a tuktuk back.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in Nepal, and it was like an oasis of tranquility for us. The rooms are fantastic (we had two rooms facing the swimming pool), the beds so comfortable that we couldn't believe it, the food in the restaurant superb, the swimming pool very welcoming, the staff very kind, no noise, good wifi... We were a bit disappointed with the National Park, but just to stay in this hotel for a few nights it was worth the detour.

Very nice staff and good value for 46€ euros a night. Also a little away from the city so nice and quiet and no dogs barking all night like in sauraha main street

The place is a little run down, which has its best exotic marigold hotel charm but it wouldnt hurt to throw away the dirty carpet in the room that doesnt fit anyway or buy new pool and outside dining furniture.

Room and bathroom had a great view, very comfortable, clean and big with a balcony. Swimming pool was very nice too. Nice quiet location outside of town.

Staff sometimes didn't understand us that well, sauna smelt awful. It did take a while to get into town so might not suit someone that wanted to be nearer.

This was our second stay at this hotel within past 5 years. Everything was great, the villa rooms that we stayed at, the staff, the food at the restaurant, the outdoor pool. For two days that we stayed there we only ate at the hotel restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our shower didn’t work properly but the staff reacted immediately and did their best to fix. The manager of food and beverages, Mr. Krishna he was the nicest person we met. Amazing human being. I would highly recommend Hotel Jungle Crown and I would gladly be back again.

The projects near the pool were 1/2 done and not functioning. The changing room was swarming g with mosquitoes. Could have had better safari trips. Early morning would have been better for wildlife viewing.

Beautiful setting near Chitwan National Park. Very nice and clean rooms. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The property has a big swimming pool, but the water was murky. The only filter they has is a tiny portable one that they run once a day for about an hour. They need a real pool pump that they run for hours per day or the water is never going to clear up.

Beautifully comfortable bed, lovely resort, ultra good staff, super pool, wildlife around woth butterflies etc contantly in attendance, air pollution low. And reasonable value safaris with pick up.

Good hard beds are also available to those are that way inclined.
