B&B Corso Italia 58, in Orbetello is located on the Corso in the city center, in a ZTL (zona traffico limitato). The town has some very narrow streets. One can park briefly along the lungomare, to bring luggage, on foot to the B&B. We were provided with a parking permit for the lungomare from the B&B. The B&B itself has stairs only, no lift, to B&B’s entrance on the second floor, with interior stairs to a spacious room with plenty of storage. One radiant heater kept the room warm. Paola our hostess, runs the B&B single handed. She is knowledgable and resourceful. She was able to contact a frequently closed ceramics shop and have the proprietors open up for us and we happily purchased some lovely pieces. Our stay was in January, where we found the town without crowds and left to the local population who are very fun, friendly and welcoming. Orbetello is very useful-full of independent shops-including a movie theater, 5 min. from our door. The lungomare is nicely kept and essentials can be found at the Conad store, or the covered market that has oil & wine on tap, fresh fruit, spices, salumi, vegetables and more. For dining out, we highly recommend Pizzaria Tre Stelle, a friendly and reasonable priced establishment. For breakfast, the B&B featured a “sweet” (pastries) breakfast, good coffee, fruit flavored yogurt, but no savory foods. Our room had a comfortable bed, but could use a brighter ceiling light, more hooks in the bathroom, higher bedside tables, an extra luggage rack and art on the walls. _______________________________________________________________________________

Location in center of town of central square fantastic. Minutes to great restaurants.bus service to other towns on the island quick and easy.

The sea gulls are very loud at night and early morning.

The location was perfect, the place - charming and the roof terrace - wonderful! We sincerely recommend this place

Big room, place is top for central. The lady at house is wonferful. If you come by train, bus line is near, only 250m. Breakfast good. Best place on this Italian trip.

Perfectly situated in main street but not noisy. Basic but very appropriate rooms. Friendly people.

Only thing is the soaps and shampoo in the shared bathroom, very little of it and not the best.

B & B is located on the main Orbetello street. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. A good point to explore the argentario peninsula.

It is not possible to park your car in front of the building. You need to park your car in a parking lot away from the B&B.

the B&B Corso Italia is a very nice place in the Center of Orbetello. Paola is a great and very warm host. I enjoyed my stay there a lot, the Room was súper quiet, minimalistic but nice and it had everything you Need. i loved the possibility to have my bike next to me and storage some beverages in the common kitchen. I had a bathroom for me alone even if that wasn’t the deal by booking. I could come and go as I wished. I liked the sweet breakfast. I would definitely come again to this place if I happen to be In Ortebello again. which, by the way, is a wonderful small place surrounded by the oceans. it allows great views and there are flamingos!!! I rode my bike around Monte Argentario on a sunny day and it was maravellous. the Riserva Natural Duna Feniglia has also a very nice wood and a fantastic lonely beach. I will definitively come back someday earlier in the year to swim there. :)
