It’s really nice resort to stay and visit Toscana by car. Rooms are in a cool houses Oates on the area, although rooms themselves clearly shows their age. Breakfast (which we had included) was ok, but nothing special. Dinner was disappointing.

We were highly disappointed In Restaurant though. We wanted to eat something on one of the evenings and we expected this to be normal restaurant since it’s called that way, but only option to eat was to join in „Swedish table” style for 30€ per person. We could live with the price if the quality was good, but honestly food was highly disappointing. Some things were ok (not very good though), but a lot of things were straight up bad. Even vegetables were mix of old ones with a fresher ones.

Beautiful resort in the middle of the Tuscany. The Resort facilities are great as it offers bar and restaurant, really clean and big swimmimg pools (for adults and kids), tennis courts, ping pong table... In addition to that, location is stunning as the Resort faces the beautiful medieval village of Magliano alongside the Tuscany's landscape. Views 10 out of 10. On top of that, the Resort is also located really close to really beautiful beaches that the region offers. The room facilities are also good. The room is spacious, it has a kitchen area and a big toilet. Everything was very clean. Ah! And it's pet friendly! Really good value for money and looking forward to coming back!

- Breakfast quality could be improved. - the pillows are a bit flat, i would provide two pillows per guest.

The accommodation for a family was excellent as was the pool area with wonderful views

The wifi was non existent Dinner was very good (buffet) but at 30 euro / person (INCLUDING A ONE AND THREE year old ) it was super expensive and wouldn't eat there again. Over the previous week we had eaten as 4 adults and two very young children at many restaurants in Bologna Vinci , Perugia, Trasimine and Magliano with the bill around 70-80 euros. The bill at the resort was 180 euros for a buffet dinner.

Great location and secluded from busy street traffic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The bar way up the hill was playing music pretty loud all night. Breakfast came at an extra cost - even though it’s a resort. Parking wasn’t the best, as our spot was on gravel on a hill. With light a SUV or truck, it would mess your car up trying to park depending on where your parking space was.

Wonderful resort. The staff were very lovely and accommodating - they went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. The facilities were great

Would recommend having a car if coming here as it was quite difficult to get a taxi in the area.

The wc (commode) flashing water the first day was clear, the second was disgustingly brown. View and location superb. Professional staff. Large room, changing room and toilet.

The view from the restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. Great restaurant and bar team - very friendly and attentive, made us feel very welcome. Very relaxed atmosphere, great off-season location.

It was really a nice house, fridge, bottles of water, towels...

We arrived at night and after check-in we ware struggling to find our doors. Very bad signs...didnt know where to park....

The resort was amazing. Fantastic staff and great facilities. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. The appartments were clean, big and each room had very good airconditioning. They told us they put us in a bigger appartment because we were a couple with the teens. So very nice. Too bad that the tennis and soccer court were a bit abandoned. They could do with a little love. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

The only thing that bothered us were the matrasses. They were really, really hard. I hardly slept

Very big room, with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a tarrace (Man at the reception said, that he upgreaded our room on the bigger one). You can order a dinner, that cost 28 euros per person, in the price you have antipasti, first and second dish + dessert. The food was good. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Close to the thermes in saturnia.

Wifi signal was not so good, but it was useable.
