The setting was stunning. Old world accommodation with all the luxury. Having an adult pool to cool off in with bar service was excellent. The restaurant on site was convenient and served local delicious dishes with great service. Breakfast offered a variety of sweet and savory with made to order coffee. The room size was bigger than most in my italian travels. The location was perfect. Close to scansano but had a magical Tuscan feel.

The hot tub was only for spa guests. The bed and pillows couod have been softer, more comfortable

it was a wonderful holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet place with a beautiful view, a small and cozy spa, a good dinner in the restaurant. The room is spacious enough, the bed is big and hard, and there is a pool outside where you can relax.

The room doesn't have very good sound insulations

Very nice property located on the hill with wonderful view to valley. Property is in the same family for several generations and it is authentic, where moms are cooking pasta by them selves. Restaurant was quite posh. Breakfast with a lot of choices, not usual to Italian. it very nice spot for romantic get away.

Some rooms seems very authentic (and could need modern touch) also mattress need to be changed (it is romantic place so bed is very important).

Exceptional stay, very kind staff, breakfast plentiful and fresh, restaurant serves amazing food for a fair price, nice pool area. Apartment we stayed in well equiped, with mini kitchen, AC, terrace with amazing Tuscany view, very quiet and relaxing.

If we have to leave mini-kitchen clean, a sponge with detergent would be a plus. There was a dishwasher though so not a big issue.

The grounds are amazing & loved the indoor pool, salt cave & jacuzzi. It was a perfect getaway from a stressful job for my friend who needed to relax. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

Hi, We visited a property in April out of season. Calm + birds signing + beautiful view + comfy house. Clean. Stuff were kind and responding to all our demands. Helpful even late night.

The surrounding space is very charming, the restaurant has excellent food and very attentive staff. The price of the restaurant is somewhat high, but it is worth the cost of the stay

the room was beautiful, with a terrace at the front, but it has no sound insulation, you can hear almost everything from the neighboring room.

The bed was not very comfortable

The spa is wonderful, the view lovely and the restaurant is really good. The staff were lovely.

We were a bit disappointed that at low season the included outdoor pool was closed however the spa, which is very reasonably priced, was available and well worth the extra cost.

The facilities were amazing, clean and totally worth the price. The stuff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions and issues including with directions and orders. The restaurant is top class! Very fancy and tasty food!

The air conditioner was a little poor, but we managed :)
