palazzo Bontadosi was a beautiful elegant property, with modern interiors totally sympathetic to the age of the palazzo. I loved the fact it was on the piazza with very easy walking to all restaurants and places of interest . staff were welcoming and friendly, they organised taxi from Foligno station. Interiors were very comfortable and spacious with delicious breakfast.

nothing to dislike

Being on the piazza of Montefalco was really enjoyable, and the walk from parking was not far at all. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the pastries were very fresh and tasty. The staff was warm and accommodating. My room was quite sizable, which was terrific.

The pillows could have been slightly fluffier, but that just seems more common in Italy and is not a big deal.

Overall, all of our expectations were exceeded from the front desk, breakfast and room service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend the Bontadosi hotel and Spa in Montefalco. Jade and Silva at the front desk to the breakfast staff team all were exceptional. The location is wonderful. Public Parking is easy and close by.

Don’t change a thing…

The hotel is located in the main square central to a number of very good restaurants. It is comfortable with good size rooms. The staff are very friendly, efficient and always willing to help. Their recommendations on which other nearby towns to visit was of significant help to us as was there knowledge of the local area.

We could not find anything wrong with this hotel.

A lovely hotel is in a perfect location set in the center of The Palazzo of Montefalco. Outstanding service from a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious! We also dined in the restaurant at the hotel and the dinner was outstanding! So convenient to so many beautiful towns and wineries. An added plus is the spa!!

Location very good, food high standard, staff very pleasant. There was a festival over the weekend which added a lot to our stay although some people might have found it noisy under their bdroom window.

We stayed in a junior suite which was a very large room, but we would have expected either two comfortable armchairs or a sofa. Instead there were two plastic chairs and a large bath in the room. We did not need the bath in the living accomodation. Hoped to eat breakfast in outdoor garden but it was closed.

Excellent hotel well appointed and felt boutique. Staff very attentive and professional. Well located in the main town square with parking close by. Good breakfast and catered for gluten free requirements.

The breakfast was amazing. Every morning we got asked if we’d like the salty or sweet breakfast and l both were delicious. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and we enjoyed opening the windows. Spacious shower. Great location in the center of town.

Wish we would’ve been told by the front desk about the wine festival in town. We didn’t know how busy things would get and how far out to make dinner reservations.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast, good wine selection, good shower, excellent layout of room. We LOVED this place!

Perfect location, beautiful interior , staff were exceptional, food was great, spa was fantastic, and the sun terrace was beautiful with amazing views.
