Everything was excellent 👌 the host mr Franco helped and advised us throughout our stay and we could have a direct contact with him anytime. Very clean, and modern apartment with nearly new furnitures, very safe parking, it was a perfect location for us to be in between Lake como and Milan city , we usually travelling around Europe every year with lots of bookings and I can say this was one of the best properties we have stayed.

The apartment is located in a very nice, green area. There is a church next to it. Free parking place is provided which is really nice. There is a balcony and it is quite spacious. The rooms are really big and there is a lot of daylight. The owner was really helpful and even let us check in earlier and check out later. All in all, very nice experience.

To be honest, I wasn't thrilled about the cleanness of the bathroom. The kitchen wasn't really equipped with anything besides coffee and dishes but no salt, sugar, etc.

The apartment was really clean, everything was exactly like in the pictures,the owner's response was very fast ,comfortable beds , exactly what you need if you're looking for something near milan

Large and clean apartment. Short drive to the mall. Suitable location if you are on the road, but not if you are visiting Milan.

Parking area is fine, but some visitors dont care how they park which make things a bit tight. not exactly the host fault tho.

The host was very helpful and considerate. He let us checkout late as there was thunderstorms 1 night before and we couldn’t sleep properly.

The main gate is too narrow to park the car. If you have an SUV, it’s rather difficult to park inside.

There is great breakfast nearby, the cleaning staff was very helpful.

The central air conditioning was working fine during the first two evening and mysteriously stopped working for the rest of our stay.

The apartments were comfortable, clean and well furnished. On-site parking is a big plus.

The main problem is that the staff only speaks Italian, which makes communication difficult.

Good location - walking distance to nice local restaurants and town center. Well equipped apartment. Hotel has charger for electric vehicles. Extremely comfortable bads.

Registration process is challenging as owner communicates via booking application only in Italian. Door knob in bathroom needs maintenance. If your neighbors are Italians who are usually noisy, you will hear everything.
