Hassle free for an overnight stay

The staff member at check in - their check in time is from 2-8pm. I arrived at 7:55pm. He went on about being late and how everybody else got there earlier. No welcome, no greetings. He acted like he was running a school and he is the principal. Quite condescending. If he needs to shut check in at 8pm, either put that down on the description as a non negotiable or find alternate ways to provide keys to guests (locker with a PIN that can be texted to them). Then he was talking about how strict they were with breakfast time. A little bit more curtesy and respectful would go a long way

From being able to check in early, to entering the room it was so easy. The towels supplied were coloured which was such a change and delightful. They were beautifully presented and the products supplied were lovely. There was a wonderful selection of tea, coffee and sugar, including biscuits. The beds were very comfortable and warm. Electric blankets were supplied but not needed. The air conditioning was beautiful and warm. The shower was hot and the shower curtain was weighted so it didn’t wrap around you. There was seating outside which meant we were able to enjoy the afternoon sun. To top it off breakfast was supplied in a dining room.

There’s wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The room was very clean and had all amenities you'd expect. Towels were neatly folded, 2 per person with a facewasher, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion (also a shower cap - HUGE BONUS for me!) The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and we suspect it's a family run motel. All the more reason for us to book again. We stayed during the busy Cherry Festival, we honestly felt that we got our moneys worth and then some. The Cherry Blossom is in a perfect location central to town, once you park you don't need to move again (weather pending of course).

The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental style breakfast was exceptional, there was plenty of choices and everything was fresh and clean. I would have to say that it was one of the nicest motel stays we have ever had for the price. An added bonus was the free to use washing machine and dryer.

Unfortunately, (at no fault of the managers/owners) someone decided to wash and dry two large loads of washing that remained in the washing machine and then the dryer for a very long period of time, stopping others from being able to use the facility. They eventually turned up to remove their washing and then things progressed very quickly for other people.

Bed, linen and pillows all very clean and comfy. Air con and ceiling fan excellent. Also, staying there Xmas Eve I was left a box of chocolate coated cherries, ( Young is famous for it's cherries) and a gift set of pen and keyring with the motels insignia. I thought that was a lovely touch for their guests.

Little fridge wasn't very cold and certainly didn't freeze my ice bricks in it's freezer. And the bathroom sink was so small i couldn't fit the jug under the tap to fill it, so I had to fill it cup by cup.

We received a warm welcome from the manager on arrival. When we decided to stay an additional night, he went to some trouble to juggle his existing bookings so we didn't need to change rooms - much appreciated. The room was light and spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of shelf space. The shower had great water pressure. There was a light and bright breakfast room with a selection of juices, cereals, breads and spreads. The location was excellent - quiet, and only about a 7 minute walk to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful overnight stay here. Paul the host was very friendly from the outset. The room was very clean, bathroom updated looking brand new, air con worked a treat, excellent Smart TV, WiFi worked very efficiently, lots of power points and nice space in the room. There’s a washing machine and dryer if you need to clean clothes on the run. Breakfast was superb choice from 5 cereals, different types of bread for toast, juice, coffee machine and fruit packs. The room was a nice setting. It’s a very short walk to the main street and very quiet location. If you’re passing through on the Olympic Highway area I would most certainly stop at Cherry Blossom Motel. Paul went over and beyond to help me in my short stay. All ground floor units. Quiet and short walk to the Main Street.

I liked everything. I will be back again.

Breakfast and cleanliness.

Staff. I had to start the job I requested the staff to give key around 1:45 so I don't have to come back. He could have understood my situation and it was few minutes difference could have helped me out. Plus he was not polite, He speaks rudely. Than night time my partner came from Sydney. I forgot the dinner at my work place.In rush we drived to my work place I forgot the keys inside. If you run the business things happens with customers, Customers are also humans. I rang the owner he was very upset. Showing attitude and angry. That we are sleeping. Well things happens in business and in life. No one is perfect.

We found CBM ti be tastefully decorated to a high level. Comfy chair to relax on. Slept well. Kitchenette with quality supplies. Biscuits also. Something you don’t get anymore. The owner could be perceived as pedantic. We found him to be helpful and attentive to his duties. We stayed overnight and it was fully booked out. A continental breakfast was very adequate A lovely grass area and bbq if you wanted to. Every unit has a bench outside. Wide car-parking. A short drive into the main shops.

Nothing to dislike

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast included in price, basic but had everything we needed. The room was clean, tidy, large with crockery, cutlery and benches, which a lot of motels don’t have. Got there late so didn’t really have time to explore the area.
