Having free wifi. Internet TV channels included. Very clean. Large shower. Quiet air-conditioning. The option of checking out later if requested. As I did not have a car they offered to drive me and dropped me off in the cbd. Then at an appointed time I was picked up and driven to the train station by the motels owner all without any extra cost. The serviced to me was beyond my expectations.

Mentioning in the brochure the option of being collected from the train/coach facility.

The location was a LITTLE out of town but quite acceptable. The staff were quite friendly and obliging. The motel was clean and tidy and reasonably well maintained.

The rooms were a bit small and slightly overpriced when compared to other motels . Queen sized beds are the norm in most motels these days, so a double bed is a bit small especially when paying top dollar for the room

We didnt have breakfast. Love the big parking area. Our 2nd stay at this motel. Color scheme inside the room is good.

Could of had more than 4 tea bags in our room which was fixed the following morning. Receptionist forgot we requested a particular room, this was rectified quickly. Not much not to dislike.

The location was in a quiet location - the staff were "more" than helpful and accomodating and the room was clean and well appointed. Staff able to help with "local" info on things.

Like always when the Motel is fairly full there is chance of others not "too" worried about other guests but it was NOT an issue. All the same the staff were onto it promptly which was appreciated.

un-marked or allocated parking meant some guests parked in locations which disadvantaged others. The parking area was also quite noisy. It could be worthwhile creating some more space between the units and the parking area or directing cars away from unit fronts to remove the conflict / lights in windows and sound.

Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and warm. Heater worked well, room was warm, it was cold outside. Quiet and no traffic noise. Shower was great with nice hot water and good pressure. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was small. Ensuite was small and a largish person may find it a bit tight. Bench with microwave and kettle was a bit short on space while using.

Great friendly service and a manager who bent over backwards to accommodate us. He couldn't manage two rooms together because we wanted them on the ground floor, however, we were close enough. Clean and tidy hotel with lovely refurbished bathrooms, great showers and hot water aplenty. Rooms do not have everything supplied on arrival, but hairdryers, plates and bowls can be requested and delivered without fuss. The rooms are quite small and compact, which is fine for us, but others might prefer larger.

We travel a lot for country shows to compete and judge. We find that there are a lot of work people/tradies who stay in the same hotels. They don't tend to party hard but they never seem to be aware that anyone would like to sleep later they they do and can be noisy around 6am. This is not a criticism of this hotel, but it is something that country visitors need to expect.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great little budget hotel!

Unfortunately rooms are very close and walls are paper thin. We had some noisy people next-door, but staff helped managed them super well.

Friendly country hospitality , Free parking right outside my door, Free wifi , very comfortable room, had all i needed for an overnight stay, lovely host very friendly and accommodating- tried out a local cafe suggested in the guest book- Helens cafe lovely food, in Cootamundra - would stay again

Pricing and staff

No ev charging available. You only need a standard external power point and that would be more than adequate for most cars. A designated type 2 would be nice but not necessary for overnight stays.
