The bathroom was fully renovated on trend, spacious, clean and had the heat lamp which was great of keeping you warm and dry after finishing a shower.

The Queen Deluxe Room has a mountain view, but unfortunately the full sun just shines directly into the room for the whole afternoon which is hot, therefore the window blind needs to be closed and then you can't enjoy the view. There is no kitchen sink for doing dishes like washing coffee mugs, breakfast bowls, etc. It would be better if they have more shelves next to the bathroom basin so that the dishes could be cleaned more comfortable if we need to use the basin for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We have stayed at this motel before and so knew we were getting a quality overnight stay. The room is a good size and well proportioned. The shower has a big head and good pressure etc. The beds are comfortable. The room has good natural lighting. All appliances worked as expected. The pool was clean and we had a great swim. I travelled with two children and everyone was happy. We all showered and slept well here. We ate breakfast and left by 7:30am. Parking was easy. This motel is located close to the city centre and up the road from the playground. The staff are friendly. The wifi worked.

I don't have any real complaints about this motel. We have stayed in both the rooms at the bottom and top of the property. I prefer the rooms at the bottom of the property as I like to sleep with the blackout curtains open. The neon sign can be seen from the top rooms, so curtains need to be drawn to block this out while sleeping.

We were very happy with the 2 beds. My husband has a sleep machine. He got the double bed so that he could plug the machine in and the light would not disturb me. I had a wonderful sleep in the single bed. Lovely views out of the window. Very quiet.

A small issue only. No breakfast available and as a casual cleaner when I was attending schoo the first thing I was told wasl it was to clean around all the bottom edges around the rooms was the first thing that I noticed when I came into the bathroom and then in the morning light in the bedroom area.

I had booked two rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with three single beds. When we arrived both rooms had a queen size bed. I was travelling with my three adult children. I was having the queen room, they were having the three single beds. There were no other rooms available. The owners were able to put a single bed in one of the rooms. My daughter had it, my 30 and 28 year old sons had to share the queen bed. Apparently the owners had notified Booking.com six weeks earlier that they no longer have a room with three single beds. This would be about the time I booked. I’m disappointed that Booking.com didn’t notify me of this change. Although the owners did all they could to accommodate us and the rooms were clean and comfortable I didn’t receive what I booked.

The moment I walked into the room I appreciated the fresh smell. Everything was nicely set out. Fantastic view outside the window. Was quiet. Creative use of space in the bathroom - doors that slide for the shower, making it easy to get in to and close. Loved the shower heads (though not easy to see how to switch heads). Shampoo, conditioner, soap all on tap. Appreciated the mirrors!! Three. Large one above vanity, second behind door where the power points were for the hairdryer, and third on in the room (that's rare!!) Easy to find key after hours, and phone answered promptly when I had a question. Loved the Kelpie on the Esky! A lovely welcome.

This is not unique to here, but I would prefer places not write my name on the key when it's publicly available to anyone who opens the box. Would prefer initials. Just a safety issue - especially when one is travelling solo. Just something for people to consider.

Straight forward check in Clean Airconditioning Quiet Nice room outlook Toaster as well as microwave/kettle Refill soap/shampoo/ moisturiser dispensers rather than throw away "sample" size personal care products. Face washers were provided.

Provision of filtered water from the office, or as a container in fridge would be a good addition as the local tap water is not very palatable on its own. Ok as boiled water for tea or coffee.

Everything was very clean. I felt sorry for the chinese girl trying to understand us wanting an extra towel. Next day she waives and was all smiles. A worthy worker. We added an extra night after arrival. All very good service.

Room 4 bed was a bit uncomfortable, rolling in from edge. New shower was good but why is the hand held water hose so high? It should have been mounted much lower. It took much too long for hot water to come through. We didn't mind waiting, but such waste of water and energy waiting.

The room I stayed in (9) had been beautifully renovated. Very modern and tasteful with a fantastic view out of the window. The young lady in reception was friendly and helpful and gave me her recommendations for places to eat in the town.

The bed was very hard (I like a firm bed but this was next level). The rooms also have very thin walls between them. I could hear the neighbours tv and they had a small child that cried (which in itself is OK, that's what babies do) but because of the poor sound insulation I was woken several times. Louvre windows above the door also allowed lots of noise in (especially car noise in the morning with people leaving)

We stayed here for an overnight on our way to Sydney. The room was clean and great water pressure in shower. Bed was comfortable. I had a late swim to relax after our long drive, it was a good depth and very clean. It's in a quiet area. I found the manager fine. It is not a place I would stay for a week, but it was perfect for what we needed. The rates were very good too. I would stay again.

The block out blinds were good but I would suggest curtains as well for privacy.
