Clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
There wasn't any spare toilet paper supplied and the quarter of a roll that was there didn't last long. After phoning the management number supplied, I was put through to a foreign third party who took the after hours calls for the park. The girl was unsure what to do and tried to contact management but had no reply. She said she would keep trying and call back but I never heard back from her. I decided to make a dash to the reception office, which was closed but fortunately the lady was outside and I told her the situation. Without any apology, she grumbled something about the cleaning staff, and got the toilet paper. She said that if I had been 5 minutes later no-one would have been there as they were going out for the evening. (It was getting dark by this time).

The property was easy to find and close to shops in Gundagai so I could quickly get supplies for dinner before settling in. I was delighted by the cabin and its location at the end of the row with trees on one side. It was clean and spacious and comfortable with parking right at the front clearly signed.
My only problem turned out to be my own fault. Since I arrived after the office closed, I tried to insert the PIN I received in my Booking.com email but this didn’t work. I should have looked at both my texts messages and emails as the property had sent me a message PLUS an email with the correct PIN and detailed instructions on opening the key safe so in the end there was no difficulty at all.

You get exactly what is described and what you see in the pictures- so you can’t be surprised or disappointed. July was clean as a pin, had every you need, including a big fridge and freezer for your food and to to self cater. It was value for the price. Very close to walk into town. Easy car parking. Nice public pool next door. Could hear a little road noise - not bad- but ear plugs weee an easy fix if you have ultra sentimental hearing. I’d recommend for sure
Nothing. There was nothing I wasn’t aware of in the expectations setting- I.e cabin you see is the cabin the get.

Our 2nd stay in 6 days, the first stay was in a tiny home which was quiet and spotless and this stay was in a cabin. I booked thru booking.com and so we were allocated a cabin closest to the highway (cabin no 14) which was VERY noisy with highway truck air brakes), we were able to change to a 2 bedroom but at a cost (we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom ). I was told that because we booked with booking.com they are allocated a set number of bookings but I was not aware that they would be specific room (the noisiest and still don’t believe that). The cabin was very clean and comfortable . She advised if we booked direct with them the price would have been the same and a better room guaranteed !!!
Having to pay extra for a room away from the Hume highway noise

This was a convenient location for us to stop between Sydney and Melbourne. The cabin had a good kitchen and little lounge area. The bunks suited the kids, however the adults would have preferred a queen sized bed (this is t possible in the space). All in all, everything was clean and tidy for our one night stop. Close to town, walking distance to Woolworths was awesome.
Double bed. Hot water took a long time to come through.

The cabin is fantastic, clean and comfortable. We arrived around 5:30pm and the keys were left in a safe place. We are a couple with 2 kids and the bunk bed is great for the kids. The restaurant is just around the corner and Woolworths just next to it. We ate dinner and shop some fruits for the night then rested comfortably. The Aircond is cold and the other facilities such as fridge and water boiler were clean.

We've stayed here on a number of occasions and it's always been great. The cabins are compact but clean, tidy and well appointed. The beds are comfortable with nice crispy cotton sheets. A microwave, hotplates and toaster are provided and plenty of crockery and utensils to be able to cook a meal. The hosts are amenable and friendly and super efficient and the setting of the caravan park and cabins is just lovely. We usually only stay one night, but regret that we didn't book two nights this time as it's an interesting town and deserves a good walk around its surrounds. Dogs are welcome but are not allowed in the cabins, so would have to sleep in the car. Some reviews have commented on the traffic noise from the trucks on the highway, but earplugs solve that problem.
Nothing at all to dislike

It is nice and affordable. Just the perfect size for us. Very accommodating to our request for late checkout due to continuous raining. Very prompt responses to our queries. Thank you very much
Parking for cabin 5 was used by other people (guessing the one from cabin 6 who seemed drunk so we did not bother) so my brother had to look somewhere else to park.

There’s an interesting array of possibilities from bring your own caravan to comfy airy motels rooms. I tried both a lovely little cabin near a stream and motel set up. Both excellent. The cabin in particular is great value for money. And the staff are really lovely.
A bit close to a road but it’s not that busy
