Location was close to Main Street and any eating option. Extra blanket, furniture was suitable , plenty of room for easy access to 2 suitcases.

Soap tray in the shower still had old soap on it, shower head leaked at the wall but had plenty of hot water. Otherwise very, very clean.

Office closed all the time we were there. Staff could only be contacted by phone. I prefer dealing directly with the owner / manager of the facility, not a virtual office only contactable via phone or electronic methods.

Hi -have stayed many times at Elms. It is very convenient location in Tumut.

The bathroom lighting and ventilation are really bad . Although staff were very helpful and put a lamp into the bathroom which did help a bit. I don’t know how these issues can be resolved.

Check-in was a breeze by a lovely receptionist, room was exceptionally neat, clean and tidy. Nice feel and good amenities, close to everything and river - walking distance to everything. Huge rooms, aircon, lovely clean bathroom and comfy pillows.

If I REALLY had to choose something, the bed was harder than Im used to - but - my wife had a great and restful sleep. Maybe a body wash in those little tubes too :)

There was a nice amount of seating in the room. Plenty of power points - free wifi. Very clean bathroom with numerous hooks to hang towels on. Good tea/coffee facilities. The beds were a tad on the soft side but bedding & furnishings were good. Easy access to pubs & shops.

Parking was off the road and protected, located near town. A short walk to the Orient hotel, a good feed. Had a 4 way power board, a welcome addition for all our rechargeable devices.

The a/c was struggling to keep room comfortable even with the bathroom door shut.

upon arrival the cleaner was managing the property as the owners were away for a few days. (this is peak summer holiday period) she couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating on a difficult day for me. The room was more than large enough and very clean. Had lots of ammenities and resources available to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we were able to block out the last of daylight saving light with blockout curtains. The location was excellent and we could walk to everything we needed especially a lovely afternoon by the river.

Great location less than 200 metres from the main street and places to eat. Comfortable inside, nice decor and very warm. Free wifi

The only downside was noisy plumbing from the early riser next door, but then I am a light sleeper

The location was great. Close to town and club. Clean, good facilities. Microwave in room handy. 3 liquid dispensers in the shower. Bed comfy. Parking right outside room. I definitely recommend and will stay again after a snow trip.

Everything was great. I can't think of any faults.

Our room was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. We couldn’t rate staff because we never saw anyone except the person who gave us our room key.The motel was well located. A bit difficult to find because of street appeal.
