Wow, such a clean, comfy, spacious motel room. We booked the two bedroom suite and it was fantastic. The separate toilet and sink from the shower was great. Even the shower was spacious. The kitchenette was great and there was a table and four chairs too. TV was a decent size too. Couch was incredibly comfy. Lots of bench space to place luggage etc. Beds were amazing and lovely, fresh linen. There were towels, hand towel and face washers. The suite was immaculate and so well presented. Pool was great. Easy access off the highway and across from a petrol station so you could grab milk, drinks etc. Staff were friendly and both the check in and check out processes were super quick.

If we had to be picky, shade for the car would be nice - we stayed on incredibly hot two days. Otherwise cannot fault the place.

I would have to say that this hotel was the BEST hotel we have stayed at on our travel in NSW. The room "smelled" clean the moment we entered it, and was presented beautifully, right down to the little flower decoration left on the towels in the bathroom. The managers definitely conveyed the care they put into their cleaning and set up by the preparation they did. Beds were comfy and the hotel position right off the highway was extremely convenient. Overall we enjoyed a very quiet and refreshing nights sleep.

Room no 6 was very roomy for two adults and two kids, seperate toilet to bathroom was great, Air con worked very good, TV and remote worked well. kids loved the spa. Everything clean and tidy, spare blankets well packed. Coffee Cups provided was good. Ability to purchase a beer for the office was a bonus. I mention the TV and remote and air con, as many motels neglect their maintenance.

Swimming pool used by the kids, but the swim cut short because of many wasps and too many large ants on pool edge. Only one cereal spoon and teaspoon provided.

Great for an overnight stop over on the way to Melbourne. The location was easy to get to with ample parking. Beds were comfortable, & the room was neat and well presented.

The property reports to have a 'well fitted kitchenette with... kitchenware...', but apart from plates cups and cutlery, the only thing I could find was a can opener, not even a sharp knife. The location was perhaps a little too close to the freely off ramp. There was a bit of noise from trucks, etc, overnight, but once asleep, it didn't bother me.

Close to freeway entry/exit with no traffic noise. Very spacious queen size family room with spa (that worked and was much needed after days of driving). Tea/coffee facilities, toaster and lots of glasses and cutlery/plates/bowls in room. Toilet was seperate to the bathroom with its own basin. Off street parking in front of room. For trailers/caravans etc extra space for parking.

The pool was closed off for use. No hand-soap in the toilet room.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the spa bath was very enjoyable and much needed after a long trip.

The fact that we had to go away from our room to a smoking area to have a smoke. It would have been better if there was a back door to the room where we could have smoked just outside.

The room was very spacious and information regarding the area and restaurants was readily available.

Beds are quite firm and the rooms are almost outdated. Carpets are starting to tear where they meet tiled areas and where the carpet joins are. Shower and bathroom floors are very slippery. No functioning bedside light (one provided but it did not work). Nor did the bathroom fan.

Spacious. Very large family room. Great layout with beds for kids etc. Plus lounge. Kitchen,dining,lounge massive area. Very impressed with the room. Comfy beds. Extra bedding, towels. Didn't expect my room to be cleaned daily and it was. Great service.

Nice big room with good facilities - our room had a couch to watch TV and table and chairs for dining. Even a tea pot was provided which is quite rare I must say! The beds were really comfortable and we also enjoyed the heated pool. After a long drive this was just the tonic.

Like a lot of motels these days no breakfast was available so we had to go into town the next morning. Apart from this the motel is fair way out of the centre of Gundagai which may put some people off but we didn't find it a problem and enjoyed our stay a great deal.

Very nice room, super comfortable beds. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. There is a small pool on the property too. I don't think we have stayed in a nicer motel ever, highly recommend it

The air-conditioning was a bit weak, but our friends room was great so just our luck. Apart from that there is no food on the premises but the town is very close with a great cafe there.
