There was not breakfast; HOWEVER, lunch and dinner were superb. The restaurant out did itself in quality and preparation. In particular the steaks were fabulous. oRIGINALLY i DIDN'T LIKE THE IDEA OF SHARED BATHROOMS. The cleanliness and organisation of the bathrooms was pristine and well cared for.

The only thing i missed was having a small desk to set up my computer on.

The Oriental Hotel was so much better than we expected. The location is superb. The room was spacious with direct access to the first floor balcony. The bathrooms were modern and exceptionally clean. Dinner downstairs just topped off a delightful stay.

Lovely old style pub. Comfortable room with verandah access and nice modern bathrooms. Great atmosphere and super busy pub.

It was a bit of a muck around getting in and out and had to wait a long time to check in because they were so busy.

The bed was comfy and the reverse cycle air con kept the room comfortably warm.

Seeing industrial ear plugs placed on the towel on the bed kind of implied that noise levels would be excessive and appeals for patrons to quieten down after 10pm would not be considered.

Great atmosphere and good facilities. Centrally located and fantastic food. On the night we were there there was amazing entertainment.

Good location, excellent pub menu downstairs, nice rooms and shared bathrooms with kitchenette offering tea coffee. Short walk to the lovely river walk

I love an old pub where your bedroom leads into a balcony to catch up with friends and watch a town go about its business. Comfy bed, great shared bathrooms.

Everything was great about the place, food was exceptional, staff where lovely and welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean. The hotel was an excellent place to stay and highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

Very cosy room and very clean and modern shared bathroom. The bar and restaurant were nice and the meals and drinks were good value
