Great location in centre of town next to RSL snd and short walk to pub and supermarket. Good sized room with powerful air conditioner, comfortable bed, good sized fridge, free tea and coffee and biscuits, well priced light breakfast options in room. Car parking outside room.

Bed made with doona under sheet in summer so had to remove sheet and doona and remake bed. TV did not connected to Internet so could not log on to Netflix or other streaming accounts.

One of the best motels for value I have experienced. I received free goods such as two Pepsi cans, satchels of cereals and hot chocolate as well as the usual free biscuits, tea and coffee satchels. I also had access to my Prime account on the tv. Wonderful stay in a picturesque town. Thoroughly recommended for those who wish to experience excellent accommodation in a different sort of location. So don't be fooled by the exterior of the motel; stay and enjoy.

Slightly retro 1970s look, but neat, clean, comfortable and warm -- I didn't even need to turn on the reverse cycle air conditioner, even though the outdoor temperature was in the single digits. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the WiFi works well.

Not at all criticism of the hotel, but if you're staying on a Monday night, be aware that the local restaurants are closed -- and the IGA grocery shop runs out of hot food very early in the afternoon!

Nice hotel centrally located and a few minutes walk to the general store, local pub and other services. Friendly staff. Beds are alright but have thick memory foam toppers, which I was only so so about. Room was clean and functional. Optional extras for continental breakfast etc were available in room and reasonably priced.

Somewhat dated

the accommodation was easy to find, it had a restaurat next to it; the check in process is so easy, I received a text and got a room code to access my room- that was it! The room is spacious, clean and had all the things you need. TV has no Netflix so bring your own laptop if you want to watch Netflix.

The room was clean and comfortable, Even offered limited breakfast with small cost. The motel was very well priced and quite.

The rocks that had to be stepped over at the front of the room, these were there to create a decorative border but I just found them a bit unstable to walk on

From the moment we booked in we felt at home. It was clean and efficiently laid out. The club next door for dinner was amazing the best canton restaurant we been to

The back window that was the full width of wall was a bit old and dirty outside

The location was perfect for our stay. Pub ,club,bakery and supermarket were all in walking distance. The bed was really comfortable and the unit was very clean.

Wasn’t pleasant to have someone smoking outside our unit

Humble motel being well managed. Plenty of amenities in the rooms microwave, plates, bowl cutlery and snacks. Batlow is a great little town The Apple inn is near everything. Good wifi as well Smart door locking system Plenty of parking

Nothing All Good

Highly recommend staying at The Apple Inn. The place was nice and clean, the bed was super comfy and plenty of room at a good price too !! Right next to the club and only a short walk to the iga or bakery too
