This Hotel in the center of town quite recently renovated and very nice for a country town. Our family room was really spacious, well appointed and comfortable, beds super comfy! It was a really good kitchen and a large fridge, you could easily stay for a week! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Small criticisms only - there was no mirror except down in the bathroom, and no coffee table in the living room. The Hotel has great food and we ate in, but the renovation has left the pub without those cozy sitting areas where you can sit and have a drink or read a book before dinner.

the room was spacious, especially the shower/toilet terrific, very clean , loved the view down the main street,very easy parking,the price was fair given the quality of the room,fresh air, quiet,found the rest of the hotel a bit souless but nice big open area ,didnt eat,menu didnt appeal, looked pretensious(Arancini balls in Cootamundra!} ended up eating with opposition accross the road where there was a good old fashioned carnival atmoshere in the bar and their food was unprentensous but simply and freshly executed,found the younger staff bit erratic but older ones terrific

tighten up on phone communication(staff),when travelling I like simple fresh food well executed and presented,I would emphasize fresh,local seasonal produce,(not deep fried Arancini ball out of a packet)

The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. With good security to upstairs facilities. I had booked a single room and was very pleasantly surprised at its size and the double bed. The mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable. The room was able to be warmed up very quickly with a fantastic quiet reverse cycle system. Shower was huge and great water pressure. Meals were very tasty and reasonably priced. We also had a function in one of the downstairs rooms which was well serviced by the kitchen.

The bathroom could use an extra shelf for toiletries, hair dryer etc. Only on street parking.

I found the staff, especially Katie very friendly and helpful. the meals at the restaurant were lovely, although a little larger than i normally have. i will definitely be returning to this restaurant and this Hotel again.

I think offer smaller meal sizes for the Older Generation for the evening meal, but apart from that i would not change anything, they have a great bunch of Staff and great facilities. definitely will be returning.

Apartment was very spacious and clean with all of the modern conveniences you could expect for a 1 night or week stay. Having a restaurant and pub downstairs was very convenient.

We were travelling on motorcycles and as there is no parking, bikes had to be left on the street. Our apartment also had a separate bedroom with 2 x sofa beds in the living space. Sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable and no sheets were provided, only a dooner and spare pillows, so had to sleep on the bare mattress.

While we didn’t have breakfast at The Albion, the menu did look very inviting. Absolutely loved the bed, so comfy and firm. For someone with back and hip issues this bed was for me.

I didn’t like the noise from the outdoor entertainment area, maybe they should have put soundproof glass on the windows. Also the step up to the bathroom is quite dangerous and should probably have a small step up to the bathroom.

The location was excellent! The ensuite bathroom was nice but small. It was hard to climb into as the bed was only 12 inches away and we had to turn sideways to pass by the tv on the wall The air conditioning was effective and quite. The bed was lovely as were the pillows but the linen was scratchy and noisy.

I was surprised that the room, for a queen, was so pathetically small. Luckily we only had one overnight bag each. No chair to sit on, no bedside table each, the fridge woke me up regularly clicking on and off. It was really dangerous for elderly folk to access the bathroom as it was very awkward with the high step up and down into it and no room to turn. Actually, if we had of been large people there is no way we could have fitted onto that room. Also there were no tissues supplied. It was very disappointing as the hotel 🏩 itself has had the most amazing renovation. As ex residents of the district, returning for a visit we were excited to see what had been done to The Albion. Luckily we only stayed one night.

We didn't have breakfast. Wasn't aware it was available.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a lovely no stress stay. Just a little fun fact... I know it's crazy and we could have asked but we couldn't find the lift so took the stairs each time, better for us anyway. Lol 😆 This provided us with something to take our mind of the sad reason why we were there. Thank you all.

Bar and restaurant top class

Am very happy with the everything.. But to go to the bathroom 🚻 is very tidy because have knee replacement 6 weeks ago e not much space to move to bathroom because between the bed and the door for the bathroom only have máximo 200 cm .. And the remote control from TV don't working....

Basic accommodation for an overnight stay. Central location to the venue we were visiting.

Found hairs in the bed linen. Shower was temperamental with burst of hot water. Appreciate it is accommodation at a pub venue, but rooms aren't very soundproof from each other and the outdoor space playing live music late into the night.
