I've stayed at the property a few times. It always delivers on comfort and cleanliness. Convenient location for easy walk to main street, pubs and clubs. We enjoyed a delicious meal at The Albion Hotel and the service there was outstanding.

I can't fault the.accommodatiom howeve I was a little underwhelmed by the check-in experience - not overly friendly or welcoming. The reception staff member may have just been having a bad day. It certainly didn't affect our stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely quiet location away from the main part of town. Lovely aspect looking out over the golf course. Modern and clean. Our request for a ground floor room was granted. Parking close to the unit. Bin provided in unit for recyclables. Bottled water provided in the fridge. Complimentary biscuits to have with tea/coffee.

No power points close to the bed for charging mobile phones. Hand basin a little close to the toilet - had to be careful not to bump head when getting up off the toilet! UHT milk in the fridge - would prefer fresh.

The property is beautifully maintained, enjoys lovely views into the golf course and has a great position in a quiet part of town off the main roads and a short walk into the town centre. The room was large and super comfortable and clean and the bed was excellent. But it all starts with the warm and friendly welcome we received at reception. Coota Heritage M&A is a major asset to Cootamundra itself which is a lovely town and due to our stay we are keen to return. Highly recommended.

The hot water took a crazy amount of time to come through the taps. Its only a little thing but we cringed at the wasted water.

Very nice, well planned complex. The room overlooked the golf course, and was quiet and well appointed. Everything we could need was provided, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Due to one of our party being unwell we asked for quite early check-in which was happily done. The motel is also very close to the local country club which has a very good bistro. Overall a very good place to stay.

The room & bed were really good. Well run establishment. A note for other guests, they do a continental breakfast pack at a small additional free. You take it to your room.

The air-conditioner wasn't turned on prior. They day was mid 30's so quite hot on arrival. It did cool down but took some time. Other motels had turned it on prior, so room was a little cool on arrival. The freezer in the fridge was quite small. Not really enough for a couple of ice bricks. It was a business trip so wanted to keep water & other foods cool in an esky. The fridge worked well.

well appointed hotel room, very comfortable beds and economical to have room for 3 people (travelling with young adult). Staff were nice and everything went to plan

No extra facilities like a pool but everything was as advertised and well maintained/clean. It was about 15min walk to the main street which was fine for most of us but a bit of a challenge for an older relative

The room was comfortable and with a good size bathroom. The complimentary bottles of water were appreciated. The outlook over the golf course was really nice. The microwave was appreciated as well. A quiet place to rest up and spend the night while travelling.

The car spaces were small. Not a whole lot of bench space to organise our own breakfast.

We were visiting friends and the hotel is well located in relation to their house. The hotel was easy to find. The suite we had was large and very comfortable for three people. Tea, coffee and biscuits all available. Excellent reverse cycle air conditioning in the room.

We did not experience any issues. All good.

beautiful upstairs balcony and golf course views, quiet location, great air con, great modern kitchen facilities with dishwasher and full size fridge. pull out couch very comfortable. good wi-fi. Free cold water bottles provided was so helpful thank you for us travelling in hear- one each. Daily cleaning service was excellent.

not a big deal but toilet cistern might need attention, leaky and noisy to refill.

Well appointed, friendly staff, nice and clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for and booking in was easy with club next door offering a lovely dinner.

Flowering Jasmine at the front door was shocking for my husband as he is very sensitive to the scent. Even with the room all shit up he had to take several doses of antihistamines.
