The room is very nice and definitely good price-to-quality ratio

Hotel advises airport transport service, however they DO NOT have their own transport and the transport service they offer is way over-priced at USD 25 per direction. I would recommend taking a normal taxi to and from airport, this will cost 280 liras, around USD 7. On the way back to airport hotel offered to call a taxi, however they did not tell this will be a fixed price service which comes almost 50% more expensive (400 liras = more than €10) than just getting a normal taxi, since they have a commission agreement with a taxi company. If hotel would advice in advance that taxi will be more when they call it this could be acceptable, however they do not tell this and then client is stuck with over-priced taxi compared to just getting a taxi on their own.

I had a wonderful stay in the room, which was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom was especially nice and modern. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and conveniently located close to the airport, which was a great advantage. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

One improvement I would suggest is adding some lotion in the bathroom. It would enhance the overall comfort and provide a nicer guest experience.

I didnt get to experience the breakfast as my flight departure time was too early in the morning, but I loved that this was included in the stay. Also, I didn't get to try the dinner as I had went to the city, but it was a relief to know that it was an option! Staff was super kind, inviting and welcoming. The receptionist was always smiling despite it being so late in the night. And the bellhop was also smiling and warm.

I didnt receive a response to my request for taxi. By the time I arrived to IST Airport, nothing was arranged by the hotel. I had to contact the hotel again and it was burdensome for this reason. Othereise the receptionist and staff were super sweet and helpful!

Great place to stay for a night waiting for your connecting flight. 15-20 min in taxi to the airport. Russian - speaking staff, very friendly. Saw families with pets staying. The room was clean and the hotel is relatively new, clean and not noisy. The internet worked fine. Great value for the money

The town is just one of the towns on the road, there’s nothing there.

The staff were very helpful and nice even though we had odd plans. Nice place. Good location. The airport is so far from Istanbul now! It works so much better to stay near the airport when you have an early morning flight.

The company that provided the airport transfer made a huge mistake that cost me 2 hours of sleep and $40 to get to the hotel. This was NOT the fault of World Class Hotel. They did everything right. But their vendor, the transfer company not only took me an hour away from the hotel but they left me there in the middle of the night and would not bring me back and wanted to argue. At least World Class Hotel covered the cost of our early morning airport transfer after I got 1.5 hours of rest.

Hotel is perfect for layover from airport being 10-15 minutes away. Receptionists very helpful. Room excellent. Shops and cafes very close by in the out of town but very safe area. Other than shops, not much to leave the room for although there are several nearby mosques worth taking a look at.

Next to busy road so not ideal for light sleepers. Common issue in Istanbul but cost of airport transport is exorbitant. Taxi cost more than room. Given location of hotel, no option for a shared shuttle available.

I stayed at World Class with my spouse last year, and this time my mom spent a night there before the flight. Both stays were good. I mean, this is the best option you can find near the airport for this money. The rooms are clean and cosy with air conditioning and a very decent bathroom. The guys at the front desk are very nice and responsive. And I’d also mention a good transfer option. Thanks to Yasin, the driver, for a safe trip.

The surroundings were not very pleasant. Anyway, it doesn't matter, because you stay there just to spent comfy night before the flight.

Everything was great, nice hotel for short stay. The room was clean with comfy beds, new furniture, and modern design. The personnel were very polite and attentive. They even served breakfast, which already included in the price of the room. For this little price, you can't ask for more.

There's not much to complain about, maybe a little noise from the street and airport in the evening, but at night it was ok and didn't bother me at all.

From the arrival staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good size on arrival and bathroom was also clean. I had all the little snacks stocked up. I have to give a shout out to a lovely guy Mehmet who is a reception staff! He was very helpful attentive and assisted me throughout my stay and had a lovely attitude very friendly and helped me during my surgery needs to getting me ice etc

I didn't like the TV as the remote was very difficult to use and couldn't watch smart TV Netflix which was a big down especially when I was staying in to recover. I was very bored... I would suggest this to be looked at? The other thing was the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so you will have to pay 400 /500 Lira to get to the touristy area every one way which can be quite expensive! However I was satisfied with the service for the amount and definitely would recommend! Thank you guys for the service

Everything - for this price you can’t beat the services and quality. The room was spacious, nice Turkish breakfast was included in my fare, staff is very responsive and kind (I was jet lagged after an intercontinental flight, and woke up hungry at 1 am - although the restaurant wasn’t working anymore at this time, the receptionist answered me in less than a minute via WhatsApp). Amazing for long layovers, 15 minutes from the airport by Uber, the price range is between 350 and 500 lira. They offer transfer as well.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.
