Special thanks to Roberto at the reception. He was super helpful as he patiently draw on the map the best road to tour Madrid for one day and where to park the car. The beds were very comfortable. Just the pillows were a bit too soft for me but my husband liked it that way. The room was spacious, clean. We love the electric kettle with free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The location was super, 15 minutes by car to Madrid center. We saw a green public bus that stops right next to the hotel. I suppose you can take it to Madrid. The parking at the hotel is very spacious and free. At 5 minutes distance there is a huge Carrefour supermarket that is open until 10:00 pm. The garden around the hotel is lovely. We saw a few rabbits running around.

The only trouble was the nose from the other rooms. Others in the group didn't bother but I had to sleep with my earplugs.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedsheets were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant smell. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Overall, it was a great and comfortable visit. The breakfast was great—plentiful and satisfying, with everything you need to keep you full from morning until almost dinnertime. It was the perfect start to the day, especially if you plan to walk a lot and explore the city.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

Firstly, we want to thank María for all of her help on Sunday before we left back home. My partner needed to get in touch with me and she went above and beyond her role. The staff in general have been courteous and responded quickly to a problem that occurred at the hotel (pipe burst). -- Room: big enough for two, good mattress for a good night's sleep Location: very close to many restaurants in Kinepolis (15-18 minute walk from the hotel) and Carrefour (~5 minute walk)

A bit pricey considering the installations are a bit outdated.

The staff was friendly, the room corresponded to the photos that are listed on the site, the room has everything you need to stay for a short time. Good place to stay with family.

It was difficult to find exactly where the hotel was located. It is not located in Madrid itself, but the centre can be reached in 35-40 minutes by metro or bus, or you can walk to the Colonia Jardín metro station and not have to pay for an additional zone for travel.

Loved the attention of the staff at the hotel, and the breakfast was equally excellent. I forgot my charger, but the staff helped me get it back without any problems at all and even followed up to make sure i had received it.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom like a drainage issue, but it wasn't that much of a big deal to affect the smell in the room.

Hotel was cozy. I got adjoining rooms and they were spacious and comfortable. Great location if you have a car as it’s next o grocery store, movies, restaurants, train station and highway. Next door to a Thai restaurant that’s amazing. Breakfast was your normal breakfast at these type of restaurants. Would stay here again.

Everything was just like we expected it to be. Breakfasts were delicious, some desserts even changed with in each day which quite surprised me. The place is generally very quite, I really enjoyed walking around the area which also has a small mall nearby with "Carrefour" in it. Staff was very friendly and polite. Summing up, it's just a great hotel and I will definitely stay there my next visit.

The only thing that I didn't quite like, is that they've put only one body towel in the two person room. I wouldn't say that this is a big deal, but I think I have to mention it.

Great staff.. very helpful! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfy bed too. Fabulous breakfast. A little out of the way but a €20 taxi fare, takes you into Madrid city! Shopping centre (Carrefour) is literally down the road and the Thai fusion restaurant was quite nice too.

The rooms are clean and spacious, which are cleaned daily

It is a 20-30 minute journey out of the city by metro and tram. Tram services are only every 30 minutes on Sundays and after 10pm, so you can wait for a connecting to get back after a late night in the city

Location very bad, to far away from anything, we used this hotel for only one day as extension because of flight. Apart from location everything is good with hotel
