It’s so close to the station, cleanliness, amenities, polite abs friendly staffs, and good breakfast. I even left my hair iron after checking out and came back after few days to collect it before going to Okayama. I highly recommend this hotel and will use my club card more in the future to book at Toyoko Inn. Thank you.

Great location, nice room, comfy bed, well organised TV info system, ok breakfast, easy luggage storage. Staff were helpful, but a tad standoffish, unsure why, I've not encountered that anywhere in Japan before.

I'm not a fan of self check-in, especially when staff are there anyway, it kind of defeats the purpose, but I'm glad they were there as it's a chance to learn something local or about the hotel, and build a rapport.

The room is clean, comfortable and the space is well maximized. Location is just 5 mins from the train station and its also near to many restaurants. The staff are polite and very helpful.

They could provide a better pillow since the one they provided are a bit hard.

The location is very convenient. There is also bath house 7 mins walk away from hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are friendly. You can also leave your luggage after check out so that you can go to anywhere.

The mattress of bed is firm but i was still able to sleep.

My friend and I had booked 2 nights through 2 different booking agents. I guessed for this reason, the staff requested us to do check-in twice. However, they did not explain to us the reason and it was only my guess.

Bed and blanket is very good for sleeping. Car parking is avilable near hotel. Good location for dinner and walking. Breakfast is small but delicious.

Curtain in the room cannot close perfectly. Lighting shown all night till morning.

The location is perfect and the property is new and therefore clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also tasty!

The pillow was not my favourite, too hard and high for my personal preference.

The hotel is new and all the facilities were clean and comfortable. At reception, all sorts of amenities were offered. It is 2 minutes away from Tottori station (north exit).

Twin rooms are smallish for 2 big adults but room enough to change and relax, sleep.

Just outside Tottori station, excellent location. However, no slippers provided. Have to pay 60 yens to buy one pair. Hotel new with good facilities.
