Stylish, spacious, quiet location, bus stop close, lovely views, good breakfast, laundry and shops nearby. Private sitting area in the sun.

Minor things. More hooks and towel rails for bathroom as one heated towel rail over the bidet not really spacious enough. No drying room to speak of and the downstairs ski room is quite cold other than the boot racks. So if you wash anything or get it wet you can’t really dry it, other than on the towel rail which is cold most of the day. Some instant coffee sachets and black tea plus whitener or milk would help us anglos! Beware some power points Euro style, others the Italian three pin style.

Eco Hotel is located in a very central area. 10 minutes on foot to the centre. The room we had was wonderful and very spacious for a family of 4. The bus stops are easily accesible from the B&B and the bus service is free. Breakfast was very good, still after a few days it becomes 'too much' as it is always the same. All the staff and Ivan the owner are very nice and helpful!

Free parking is available at the the B&B on a private outside parking space. Still if you want to park inside there is a €10 fee. For the nightly price I would have liked to have this for free especially when the weather conditions are very bad and there is a lot of snow.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The overall look was with a spirit of luxury. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, the food was mainly from local suppliers. The ski bus stop is very close to the hotel and it does not take long to reach the Cassana cable car station. The opposite way from the slopes to the hotel is a bit tricky because of the ski bus stop system, there is no opposite direction stop from Cassana to the hotel, you have to walk about 500 metres to reach it.

We missed some vegetables at breakfast.

Breakfast was standard and always the same. When this is understood, then you can consider that it was perfectly fine. The hotel is not in the center, but it has a very nice location and a nice view of the mountains. Also, the area around the hotel is very quiet and great for vacation.

Small changes related to breakfast would be welcome. A sauna should not be out of place, especially after skiing. Maybe a jacuzzi or a small pool.

The amazing view and very quiet and clean place. Good location, next to bus stop, close to "Aquagranda Active You" and walking distance from Livigno center. I recommend B&B Ecohotel Chalet des Alpes.

Everything is excellent, the room is spacious and very modern, the bed is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just next to the lake, aside from the crowded area, but still 5 minutes drive from the center.

The hotel staff is an excellent team - we got all the asked extras, and even bonuses (as one of stay days was my wife's birthday). New, clean, good located hotel. As it is a bit out of the very center (about 10 min walk from Costaccia ski lift), view from our room was totally unobstructed and incredible - both Carusello and Mottolino side slopes, from the city at the bottom till the very hilltops, especially at the morning when sun rises. Highway is not very far, but if windows are closed, no noisy at all, and seems also nobody rides at night there. Room was large enough, breakfast very good. Quite a large parking lot, wasn't overfilled even at holidays. Bus stop (hotel Adele) for Green and Blue routes maybe three minutes walk - just need to remember it's one-way street. But we walked mainly - even the best pizzeria is 15...20 min, no more. So we hope to return!

Everything is done with love, the house it self, the room, the breakfast, the service and all around.

In front of the house is the main street of the city and in the morning it can be noisy if you like to sleep a little longer.
