The staff go above and beyond. Friendly and professional. I typically need extra pillows and extra full-strength coffee. And they always supply me with both. Our housekeeper was excellent, despite a bit of a language barrier. With her limited English and my limited Spanish, we managed to make it work.

There were not enough outlets for all of our laptops and many other devices. The table to work on my project is too high for the chair they offer. And it was not an office chair as it has always been in the past, and there were certain lights by the bed that no longer work.

the hotel lobby was nice and had comfortable seating area while waiting for my reservation. I was unaware that you HAD to check in between 3-6, partially my fault. I thought we would be getting into the hotel around 8 p.m but because I did not arrive at the time the had cancelled my reservation. I also understand they were short staffed but Chris at front desk was able to resolve my issue with my cancellation. I also noticed that Chris, though he would be waiting on a guest, he would multitask and help other guests at the same time! overall I was pleased with my stay, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Would stay here again!!

The cleanliness and the positive/hospitality of the staff. The front desk staff member, Charlene, was extremely helpful in providing information and went out of her way several times to provide guests with additional towels and toiletries when needed. She had a very positive and welcoming attitude with each guest. Raquel, a dining staffer, went above and beyond to cook several meals with her own personal touch and flavors. It was impressive to see her dedication to the Hotel by working until 11 or 12pm and then returning at 6:30am the next morning to handle breakfast for the hotel guests.

Love the staff always friendly, love how clean it is, very quiet and relaxing, love the indoor pool and hot tub! The bar is lovely

I always book here and love it but this time they didn’t have towels and the hot tub was cold the main reason I always book is because I love the indoor hot tub! Other then that it’s always great staying here

I love how spacious and clean the rooms are. There’s spots/storage for everything you need when on a trip and all your luggage and more. My favorite thing would have to be the bed, they are huge and very comfortable! The bed is better than the one I have at home haha! The mini fridge was a life saver because we had leftovers from our dinners and meals.

Everything was perfect but I did not like how loud the house keeping was. They were not considerate of guest when they would be cleaning as they would slam the doors A LOT, and make a lot of noise but it wasn’t too bad.

Limited menu (which does have variety), but they were out of items on the menu, and the bar too. With such a small place, they need to keep it stocked well.

The pool area could have been cleaner and there is some work that needs to be done.

The property was very clean, peaceful, and I enjoyed utilizing the weight room.
