Antoinette, the manager is a great asset to your company! All the other employees were very professional and helped me many times with copies" and assistance with my tv remote, even showing me how to download a phone app for the ability to scan things on my phone as a pdf vs taking photos of the documents and printing or emailing or emailing. Really great staff all around. Any future travel to Houston, which I do anticipate withing a few months, I will be booking and staying with this hotel at this exact location even though it is not very close to where I need to go during my Houston stay. You did not have a washer and dryer available as they were in process of being replaced. That was really inconvenient but that really is my only complaint.

Johnathan was extremely nice to me and made sure I felt like a welcomed guest!

I was not pleased because the jacuzzi was not operable at the time of my stay. Additionally, the pool was cold. The primary reason for booking at this hotel was to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. I am terribly disappointed.

The breakfast was good but the main star was the lady when we got there I believe her name was Antoinette and she made us feel like we have been there a hundred times very friendly and had a whole conversation with my daughter about why we were there for a show we were going to see. And the other staff we came in contact with including cleaning and other front desk staff were all friendly. Absolutely amazing would recommend to anyone going to visit the area!

The elevator broke down once in the morning while we were there not a huge problem we didn’t mind at all but if I had to pick something that was wrong that would be about it haha

Fresh coffee, orange juice, and breakfast were clean and healthy. And I was grateful that the female staff working at the front desk in the morning kept the breakfast fresh and well done. Also, I appreciated the kindness of the staff as always.

Sorry, there was nothing I didn't like during the 3 days I was staying, I did not feel any discomfort.

It was okay for its value. The breakfast could be better but I mean for what you’re paying for, sausages, waffles, cereal and pancakes are basic. Beds were ok, and beds were just kind of sketchy on sides but again, it’s what you pay for.

The staff was super friendly and on top of everything

The bathtub was grungy looking but it was clean, just old and needs to be upgraded. My little ones had to shower instead

It was clean and the location was safe

The bed is extra extra firm, so if you don’t like a super hard bed, this place isn’t for you !

That the pool was closed and the food drinks are awful most tap water

It was close to where I needed to be. The staff was so welcoming and sweet.

It felt a bit dated and my curtain was broke so it didn't close properly

The parking lot was lit well. Lots of lighting. The location was perfect for us and being close to where we needed to go. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
