Well located there are many many things to do around

There were a small amount of roaches and also there isn’t a breakfast available in the morning like advertised also staff was a bit rude when asked for pots and pans that were supposed to be readily available to all guests also weed was being smoked in room across from me and it was looked at like it was ok

It was very easy to check in, took all of 5 minutes. was very clean and the beds are super comfy

Just had a small issue with the card key lock but they were great in re odi g the key and the last came up personally and showed us the little swipe/push move to open it easily

I mainly like the location I can get to where I need to be quick and easy. I also like that there is restaurants and stores available in the area.

Location. In Houston, usually I avoid crowded areas. So this one was perfect for me.

The blanket and pillow were clean, but weren’t smelling very friendly. Maybe should be due to the detergent used. Also, it looked like the AC filter had some dust.

Clean place, Nice staff,.they provide pots and plates. Great location too.

Breakfast is really just coffee and muffins. Bed wasn't the best.

I like the location accessibility to the Katy freeway and beltway 8 plus the price is reasonable for the location i will definitely stay there in the future..

Trash in the stairwells people leaving food boxes jammed on the doors so they wouldn't close weird people outside on the side of the building wondering around ...

This is also a excellent location. Parking is very good too. I love this hotel within our budget but good value for your money!

I did not like breakfast, nothing but muffin and coffee. Inside the restroom there are no hairdryer! people put the trash in front of the door and it's stay day after day causing smell
