The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nice and very spacious. I love the split between rooms were its a separate area for the bedrooms and the living room. They had free breakfast. The breakfast was very good. They had an omlett station. You could get pancakes, french toast, potatoes, scrambled eggs. I could go on and on. I went every morning lol. Then in the evening they had a free happy hour!!! I didn't expect those things, but it was a great edition to the hotel. I definitely will be back. A great little gem!!!

I can't really say. I had a great experience!!! There is construction going on in the front of the hotel, but it's nothing you can do about that.

The lobby's beautiful and constantly cleaned. The room is updated cleaned and stocked and had a beautiful view. Plenty of garage parking.

My bathroom had an outdated tub and nasty shower head. I didn't particularly like the smell when I first walked in. A plugin and candle in the room fixed that for me. I had to get my key card reset 3 times. The first guy met me at my room which I appreciated since I had all my luggage in tow. The second time the guy tried correcting me on my room number, when at the end what I said was RIGHT. The wonderful lady the third time told me it's due to it being near things magnetic. ie key fob or AirPods. After knowing that, no further issues.

The property was nice, quiet, and clean. They had an event going on the night we stayed which was on the 2nd floor but we couldn't hear a thing once we got to our rooms. I love the fact that they were able to give us a room with a nice view as requested.

The only thing I didn't like was the night we checked in to our room, we went out and came back, and our key wasn't working. So we had to go all the way back downstairs to get a new one, which was an easy fix. There was construction in front of the hotel, but it didn't bother us because they weren't working that day.

I like the lobby and how spacious it was. I like that you get breakfast, a good breakfast with different choices. I like happy hour with complimentary drinks. I like dinner and how spacious the dining area was. I like how comfy the bed was

A better shower head. A extra blanket to already come with the suite. Didn't like the construction in front of building. When checking in desk attendants are not very friendly or welcoming, they didn't smile at all

Embassy has always been good at providing an improved breakfast option as a hotel. They make made to order omelets at this place, hot cakes, and the rest of the food is much better than most hotel chains. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet (didn't really hear anyone else above or beside us).

The hotel allows pets, which doesn't bother me, but I almost stepped in some dog poop in the hallway by the elevator. Owners need to be more responsible, it's things like this that make others irritated towards them and their pets (no fault of the pet). The eating area was crowded, it needs to be set up to flow better, nobody knew where to go, no designated lines.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing best I've ever had at any hotel. Zach the Chef, great conversation he listened to what you want and just did an all around AMAZING job. Anika and the trainee Nikki were absolutely outstanding at the check in desk. Their personality and ability to connect with everyone that came in was above exceptional.

The only negative I have is that once you book on bookings.com you can not change your room at the front desk.

Everybody was very nice. Front desk lady helped us to get all our rooms together on one floor. Breakfast staff was attentive and helping. Breakfast was nice with all the hot and cold items in American breakfast. Happy hour everyday with one complementary cocktail and small bites. Free parking. They serviced the rooms everyday.20 mins from museum district.

The Facility and Maintenance response was very good. NATALIE and The MANAGER, YOLANDA are So warm and Friendly. 👌🏾

I didn't like that most of the staff were not friendly. Only NATALIE and YOLANDA were warm, smiling, and friendly. Others were... 🙄

Excellence in customer service, beautiful facilities and space, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour options. Management pays attention to fine details to make the customer feel welcomed.

The area isn't walker friendly, but that's more on how Huston is designed, not the hotel. It is close to the highway to access other areas if driving.

Breakfast was amazing

One of the staff members was really rude through the phone and once we got there as well I couldn’t believe how professional and Elegant everyone was except her acting real outsider the way she look at my son and speak to us we had a lot patience with the one lady I we can’t remember her name but she was a African American lady
