The ambiance was very nice, walking in seemed so refreshing. Water leeking in the lobby they had a bucket there for the leak! Get to check in an the young ladies was giggling the entire time to one another. Then one of them spranged on us that it was a $20 per day charge as a deposit! Which was never seen on the booking website. An said it would go back at the end of check out. I still think that should be in the description because everyone doesn’t like to pay with their credit/debit card! Get to our room the rooms smelt just like water. So we went an bought lysol/air freshener to kind of die down the smell. No breakfast. They had a bar but no one was ever at the bar! The pool was nice, the beds were good! The shower heads had water everywhere! Its okay for the price but they can fix the small things!

We had a great stay at this location. We had a late check in due to driving in after a day of work. The woman checking us in was so positive and upbeat, even though it was late at night. It was a quick and easy check in process- which we appreciated since we were exhausted. We stayed 3 nights and after our 2nd night our room got freshened up by housekeeping (to our surprise). Our room was spacious and very clean. Our bed was soft and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us- even bringing a microwave to us upon request. Everyone was so kind and helpful with every interaction. We were very pleased and will definitely be back!

The exterior looks a bit run down and we were nervous at first, but the interior is beautiful. Also our TV was a bit outdated.

The staff are very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is much nicer on the inside than it is on the outside. We would definitely stay there again if in the area in the future.

The outside of the hotel needs some updating but other than that all is great!

From the moment you drive in to the parking lot (ZERO TRASH), to the moment you walk in to the spotless sliding glass doors and pristine front entry, you are just in awe of how well kept this property is.

Location was good, rooms were nice and it was quiet. The pool outside and setting were nice as well. Staff was good. Beds were comfy and pillows were fluffy.

The breakfast area. We were told they only did breakfast during the week not weekends you do not see this upon booking si it was a surprise to us considering we stayed 4 nights.

Location is close to the hwy, restaurants, gas station. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff, tho was mia really late 1 nite, was awesome. Everyone we encountered in person or by phone was professional, helpful & very nice.

No complimentary breakfast but no biggie, there are many places in Houston that do breakfast & brunch- depends on what you're looking for. However, there is an establishment (if im not mistaken in the lobby you can order from).

The front desk staff were friendly. I was traveling with my disabled father. After a front desk staff saw that he was struggling with walking from the elevator to the front door, this staff member stated the hotel had a wheelchair available that we could use while we were in the hotel. Use on the campus of the hotel. That suited us just fine. I was, I am really appreciative of this individual offering this service. Just showing care and concern for your clientele. I LOVE IT. THIS GESTURE MADE MY HEART overflow with feelings of gratitude. I will stay here again. I will recommend this establishment to my friends and family if they are visiting Houston( Katy) area. Please let the Courtyard Houston I-10 west energy corridor staff know I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and luxurious, I will stay here everytime I'm in the Houston( Katy) area. Let the staff know this patron of their establishment thinks the care and concerned they showed to me and my father was EXCEPTIONAL AND MUCH APPRECIATED. .

There is NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE. I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL.

Location for occasion was good. And check in and out staff were excellent.

The pool area was dirty and the condition of chairs and table needs improvement. The value of lodging should really include breakfast and even some complimentary coffee. The bistro offered some breakfast but it was very pricey.

We chose to eat at the Pancake House, which was close by. We like their food and atmosphere. Your prices were a little high. The ambiance - not too friendly in your restaurant area.

none of the HD channels on TV worked, we asked if somebody could loont at sink (water was not draining), this remained a problem, the hotel is old, no breakfast to order as before, no access to coffee to order, I. the morning only prepackaged muffins and coffee.
