The lady at front reception area professional, courteous and hotel was clean. Liked to patio area.

Staff ( Older Man) working in the kitchen area on Thursday morning was not pleasant and very much rude. He didn’t speak, started taking up the condiments and food and although we were in the kitchen area gathering food on our plates.

Great customer service overall. We booked a King room and they had run out and had to give us a room with a smaller bed. They gave us a very reasonable refund of a portion of the fee for the night

No USB ports in the room, but that's really the only downside.

Ok breakfast, location out of way of restaurants and stores, but rooms are good and clean staff nice helpful

Better pillows.

We were allowed to check in early staff was great. The pool was nice it was indoors which was nice. Continental breakfast was very nice and in the evening they had complimentary fresh baked cookies. Those things really made this hotel stand out in excellence.

There was no ice available on the other floors so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Nice location. Closer to Energy Corridor Business Area

Very less items in breakfast. Every day something is short. Staff has no answers about replenishment. Since there is no other eating place near, this was a major challenge

Breakfast was disappointing. Not much available and eggs were cold.

beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly.

I saw a bug in my room. Not completely unusual for Texas but I didn’t like it.
