I booked this hotel via booking.com, and because I didn't arrive on the check-in date, booking.com canceled the reservation. To make matters worse, the hotel was sold out on this day. So I didnt have a valid reservation, and the hotel was sold out. The front desk officers escalated the challenge to a gentleman called Saud, who went above and beyond to get us settled. First, he ensured that booking.com reinstated my reservation and also secured accommodation for us at a close by Embassy hotel for the first night before returning us back to the hotel the next day. He also provided the transportation that took us to and from the other hotel. The next day, we were checked into our room early, and we enjoyed the rest of our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would surely visit again if I find myself in Houston.

Good location for easy Interstate access. Our rooms were big and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was ok, but could do with more fresh fruit and vegetable options. We had requested adjoining rooms on the same floor when booking, because our kids were staying in one room and adults in another. The staff had not noticed this and became quite annoyed when I requested it again while checking in. So they had to move us to different rooms and there was a lot of sighing and eye rolling from the receptionist about that. Very poor attitude! I’m not sure we will visit again; when you spend $1000 on two rooms for two nights, you don’t expect to be sighed at during checkin.

The room was spacious and clean, very welcoming with a message on both TV's. The breakfast was honestly fascinating, far exceeded my expectations and has made me want to stay at another Embassy just because of the amazing experience I had.

The only criticism I have is that the bathroom for the room did not have a lock or a handle. It was a sliding barn door with no way to keep it shut and/or locked. We had to use our luggage and tell everyone ahead of time to please not open the door if one of us was using the facilitates.

It was very nice and comfortable. Even though I didn’t get to try the complimentary amenities because my day went by so fast, the thought to know that it was available was really nice. The room was clean, shower water was hot and the bed was comfortable I wish I could find the exact pillows they use because they felt amazing !

Walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors entire conversation. I don’t know if it was because they were loud when talking or it was the walls but I definitely heard word from word. It didn’t bother me much because I had my tv on and the freeway sounded peaceful. Also bring your own towels, don’t get me wrong they “look” clean but they kind of smelled like old water I’m sure it’s probably the detergent they use.

Love the size of the room, excellent customer service. The facilities were always clean, room spacious and clean too. We loved the buffet breakfast provided with omelette made by one of the chef. Gym was nice but we did not use the swimming pool. All the staff were always welcoming, helpful and nice too. Overall we had a great weekend stay and would definitely return and recommend.

In the room we would have preferred a small kettle for tea but a coffee maker was provided. Apart from that all good.

Breakfast was amazing! Pool was super clean and warm. Our room smelled clean and was spotless!

I didn’t like the fact that our tv in the sitting area of our room didn’t work. We did call the front desk they said they were going to send someone up to fix it but they never showed up. When I went back down to the front desk they told me the guy was going up there now. So I went back up to the room and waited…he never showed up. At that point I was just done with it all and just watched tv in the room.

I loved the room and the staff. They were all so friendly and very happy to help us. The food was delicious and so many option to eat. Our room was cozy and welcoming and my family enjoyed the stay.

We did have a problem with the receptionist but Maria came to save the day and was very understanding about our problem. She honestly was the best person I’ve ever met and will always thank her being so kind to my family and I!!! I appreciate everything she did getting our room ready and checking back on us!!! I would come back again for sure!!!!

Check in was super fast, loved the complimentary drinks and snacks at check in. The hotel was very family friendly, location was perfect and felt safe. Parking was excellent had a lot of parking spaces even with a event that was being hosted in the ballroom.The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff attending was super friendly and kind. Helped me get extra chairs for my family and I. They were quickly refilling any food item that was empty. Everyone at the dinning room seemed to be enjoying there time.

the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good, and it was reassuring to see security vehicles on site at all hours.

It would be so nice if your Hotel was a no pets allowed facility but at the very least, the pets should be on designated floors only. We were annoyed by a loud, barking dog in the hallway every evening. This occurred on the 11th floor.

Excellent service

My TV didn't show local stations in particular ABC I was trying to watch the NBA playoff game in my room could not see it said channel was off air I called for service a guy came to my room said other TV's were having the same problem he said he called Hilton TV staff never heard from him again, also the fridge in my room water was leaking I informed the front desk when I was checking out no credit was offered at all otherwise the stay was really very nice.
