Very clean and everything was as in description, Pool was very nice and clean . Wifi worked well especially for kids devices . Breakfast was good had waffles , cereal and juice for the children as for adults as well coffee overall good experience. 👍

Hopefully next time they have vending machines, they had an ice machine but missing the snack machine. :)

How I wish the Breakfast menu would sort of improve to include various Fruits, and change the variety per day in their offering. Consistency is okay but can do some mix and match to variate days offering. Might want to improve on surveillance especially inside the hotel along the Room Corridors and the dining area.

The internet also at times kept fluctuating in connectivity. Might want to do some quick checks to all floors especially past midnight. Improve on the ventilation of the bathrooms. I guess the vent should work to suction the hot water vapours during showering.

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was well maintained, cleaned & restocked during our various times as a family going down during breakfast service.

The side exit & entrance near the front desks & elevator was disgusting. I was upset it was the closet door to my car. Even the building & concrete at that door were gross 🤢

Elevator plus dogs and other guests arguing would like a quieter room second floor plus a new thicker mattress for the guest bed other than that it's been wonderful and maybe switch up the food for breakfast....thank you so much for hospitality giving to us here.

I like they had hot breakfast, and the pool was cleaned.

That the elevator was broken, the one in the front. And that all the side doors are locked in the morning so you have to walk all around the building to the front.

I stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The staff is wonderful, every single person. Especially Ginger who went out of her way to help me. Housekeeping was exceptional. Thank you so much! This is the best hotel by Katy Mills Mall. Jodi

This is a very good budget hotel. Staff are very helpful and they keep the facility clean. Only thing is that who own the hotel did not care that much about the interior. This hotel needs a full recovery rehab. Lots of celling has water mark.

I did not like that the owner of the facility did not take care of this hotel very well. There are water mark everywhere in the celling. Lots of paint coming up from the wall
