The location was good. We were walking distance from some of our favorite restaurants.

There was an error and my original room I booked for was already booked so I had to get a different room for the first night of my arrival but they did switch me to the correct room the next day and comped me for the inconvenience. Also the picture of the room online showed a full stove and oven in the picture but the rooms actually only have stovetops. That was misleading

Everyone who worked there was nice as could be. It's always nice to have a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal should you so desire. The suite was very comfortable and very roomy. It had a bathtub, so I could take a bath and my husband could shower. The king size bed was comfortable, and they had two soft pillows and two firm pillows to choose from.

The breakfast had a few problems, but there were a lot of choices. The problem with the breakfast sausage and egg sandwiches is that they were hard as could be, and that never improved in four days. You could make waffles, and they were really good. My husband opened a milk that was obviously on its way to being sour.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful and facility was very nice. Bonus it was directly across the street from the children's hospital which we were attending.

I would like brighter lights in bathroom; lights seemed very dim and closet doors did not work but really can't complain

It felt like home. It was very cozy and the volume on the tv is great! It sounds like it’s surround sound when you turn it up! It’s clean and great customer service!

The digital key kinda gave us a hard time getting into our room. We kept having to retry, but everything else was great!

At checkin, the front desk associate was pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful there was a dog on our floor that kept barking. I asked if there was another room available, very thankful they were able to accommodate. Breakfast was great as well & clean overall. It's a great stay, and I will definitely stay again

The elevator had a out of order sign on it front desk said their was a problem earlier, but it hadn't been removed. The elevator was hot & had an odor..

It’s clean, good room size and location

It’s not really a big issue. As someone who eats home cooked food, the breakfast they have doesn’t taste much what I like, but it’s way better than many place I’ve been. In general it’s good breakfast though.

the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

the main elevator was extremely slow and some buttons took multiple pushes for them to work. additionally, no allergen menu present for breakfast food. the location was not very good as it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel if you weren’t familiar with the area.

Very good and clean. Big spacious rooms with a view of the city. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff

The key card access, I couldn’t get into my room the first day and after breakfast next day I had to go down to reception again to get my card reactivated

I loved that the rooms are big and spacious and equipped with everything that you need and can think of. Clean, and comfortable and feels like home

The espresso machine is not working but i can give up on it as the other positive things can cover for it.

The room was very spacious. The fee wifi was good. The bed was soft and comfortable. I loved using the kitchenette to cook small meals. The full size fridge and the little stove was a plus. My son and I didn't need to eat out at all. The pool area was nice. My son could get out of the room and enjoy sitting in the sun, relaxing, and reading. The full-size mirror was very useful for getting ready for a night out. The sofa area was very comfortable and spacious. My 12- year old thought it seemed like he was staying in a small apartment instead of a hotel room.

There was a little bit of dust that had settled on the counter tops and tables. The only eggs available on the breakfast buffet were prepackaged boiled eggs. No omelets, no scrambled eggs. The frying pan was scorched and unusable, so I couldn't make omelets in the room either.
