Oh man I really enjoyed the woodspring suites. I wanted to stay there for a while lol

Everything was perfect.

location, style, good staff, clean

It not have a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush and hair dryer. Sometimes We don’t use it but other hotel they always have it

There were roaches in the room. The toilet backed up onto the floor and carpet. However the staff was overly accomodating. Its just an old worn down facility. Needs updating.

Renovate and update the place. Keep the price comptetive/feesable.

It was a nice area. The staff were nice. Easy check in and out

Didnt have no amenities. Didnt get housekeeping the whole stay. May have skipped my room when i wasnt there and didnt go in or ask when i was there. Could have had more to offer.

The smells

No breakfast, good clean location. Smells moldy in my room. People hanging out.

Moldy smell, dirty toilet, too many people hanging out.

Lock in door missing. Bathroom door looked like it was kicked in before. Room wasn't available at 3 pm.

Nothing

Elevator was broken , got to my check in and no front desk receptionist answered my call like 15 minutes after my check in time then manager told me they will take care of a room for us and I got to check in till 3:40 when my check in was at 3 besides that they gave me my keys to the room went to open and they were not activated and to top it off small roaches on walls couldn’t even sleep that I checked out at 8 am and had to leave the key cards under the reception window totally awful stay

Location and price were both appealing.

Tiny front desk area/lobby that was cold because the door wouldn’t latch properly. I waited about 10 minutes for the customer in front of me to be assisted. (The credit card machine was not working.) When we got to our room, there were no pillows on the bed, dirty fridge, wobbly uneven table, and urine on the toilet rim. We asked for a different room but that was the only one they had. Clerk called her manager and then went up to the room to check it out but she had our keys so we could not follow her out of the lobby. This was frustrating since our kids were alone in the room with her. We opted to find another hotel. Our payment was refunded.

The location

Everything was bad from the moment we checked in. They over booked and gave out or room which forced our family to have to separate in 2 rooms on opposite ends of the hotel. They did not say anything about a pet fee at check in. Instead they waited until we left and deactivated our room keys and held our dog hostage inside the room until we paid the unknown fee. I told them we would just check out and stay somewhere else and they refused and stated we would have to pay it before they let us in the room to get our dog. The facilities were dirty and poorly maintained and the hotel smells like mold, cigarettes and weed. On top of that there are homeless living in the parking lot and people on drugs up all night outside of the hotel. The room itself was horrible. The bed was worn and you could feel the springs. The tub didn’t drain at all and the toilet was running all night. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and will never stay at a Woodspring branded hotel again.
