I liked the size of the room and separation between living and bed spaces. I also like the free breakfast options

I didn't like that there weren't any water bottles or media streaming service available for the TV. I also didn't like how the front desk staff (young man) yelled out to another staff member, "this lady said she didn't bring no pets." I thought that was a little rude and in the end the hotel charged me for the pet fee. I had to go between the Hyatt and Booking.com several times to reverse that charge. In the end, I spoke with Stacy at the Hyatt and she was able to provide the refund and was very friendly and easy to talk to

I love the fact that every morning they had good hot breakfast. I also love that the staff is so respectful and positive. & this hotel is so clean! Smells good and everything and I love that they keep the breakfast room clean at all time no matter how many people are in there. I really rate this hotel a 10/10 I think it’s the best I’ve been to! There isn’t anything I didn’t like, only thing that just made me upset is because I knew that it was a pet friendly hotel but they told me that I had to pay a $70 pet fee at the last minute and I was thinking what if I didn’t have the money they should’ve told me ahead of time

First day i loved the breakfast and i love the comfort. The tall guy that worked over night was very nice and helpful with our questions. He seemed happy and the lady that checked us in was very nice also. I love ppl that enjoy doing there jobs.

The ladies at breakfast didnt seem happy,they barely smile. How can you enjoy breakfast looking at how they face was looking. Also the second day yall didnt have waffles,the waffles what makes the breakfast because the rest of what you guys had was not so cool. So breakfast was a bummer the next day.

The hotel was very accommodating in placing us near a ground floor exit so we could take our pets outside easily. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had several hot and cold options to choose from. Our room was very tidy, and I thought the layout was very functional. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We used the early check-in option for an additional fee. Every other hotel I have stayed at will let you check-in early for free as long as they have a room available. I feel like the fee is just another form of money-grab, especially when we have to pay extra pet fees. We booked the king room with a sofa bed for our daughter, but they forgot to include bedding for the sofa bed and we had to ask for it to be delivered to the room. The bed was also a little too firm for my liking.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and made you feel like you were visiting their home. I did not have breakfast, so I have no comment. Close to restaurants, Walmart, Sam's, etc. I was concerned about reviews at surrounding hotels about cars being broken into, cars stolen, and tires removed. They have a security guard from 10 to 7 in the parking lot, which is fenced on three sides. The security guard vehicle is very obvious with the yellow light strobeing when you enter the parking lot. The surrounding area is nice, and I did not feel uncomfortable at all being a female by myself.

Overall the hotel staff were very friendly in helping us find things to do in the city that night. The breakfast was very fresh and surprisingly a good amount of different menu items for my children to choose from 😊.

Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable 🥵. Had to get up at 5 to get my daughter to her volleyball tournament at 7 and did not get a good night sleep.

The staff was top of the line and very friendly. Breakfast was a great bonus and was restocked regularly throughout our breakfast. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed during our short stay.

Honestly I had no issues with the property sorry I’m sure you’re looking for constructive criticism here but truly no complaints.

Close to I-10. Always very clean. Good breakfast. Noon checkout is nice too.

The only thing we don’t like are the glass barn door’s on the bathroom and no fan in the bathroom. You can see into the bathroom through the frosted glass and the bathroom gets steamy and swampy without a fan.

I didn't plan this, but it was close to where our friends lived and easy to get to from the highway. This stay was a stop on the way to New Orleans, so we just needed a nice place to rest overnight before the big drive. Staff was friendly and we had a few good food options nearby.

Nothing in particular. It was more or less our expectations and we were only there for a short night.

The cookies were amazing. The setup of the whole hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good as well. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. We finally found a spot by the desk and used it as our charging station. The shower head was tricky to work, I recommend adjusting the settings outside of the shower.
