Breakfast was wonderful. Real eggs, bacon, sausage, plus the usual waffles. Excellent quality baked goods were also available. Our room was clean and comfortable, though I am not a big fan of the new hotel mattresses.

The only drawback for us was that our GPS had trouble locating the hotel. It directed us onto the Katy Tollway, but did not specify an exit. We had to call the hotel to find out which exit to use -- Wilcrest--for anyone who has a similar issue. Houston is not an easy town to get around in and it took us quite a while to turn around and get going in the right direction.

We liked everything about our stay. We were greeted by the front desk staff as soon as we arrived and were thoroughly briefed about the hotel and the amenities. The hotel was very clean and modern. We loved the free breakfast and the staff that worked in the dining area. They kept the area clean and stocked up. It was just a wonderful experience for our family that stayed four nights while in town for a baseball tournament. We’re definitely coming back!

Staff very friendly and grill with good food options. Also, the beds were really comfortable.

When we called front desk and asked if we were on the schedule for a room clean, they said we were. The staff changed sheets and towels but didn’t clean the bathroom. It seems like they should do a total room clean for longer stays.

Almost everything. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding. Good price.

My only question is why can’t all Fairfield inns be as good as this one?? I would never stay at any other hotel if they were.

When I'm in Houston for my business trip this FairField Inn Memorial City is my #-1 choice for hotel to book it uses to be Aloft-Houston Galleria, but the Fairfield Inn-Memorial offer the best free breakfast and free to park and its always clean and feel brand new atmosphere.

Great location, Good staff, Decent price, Decent breakfast.

Didn’t have any trash bags in our cans in the room or bathroom but I had my own though. Also, I almost had a front desk staff issue with checking in but the lady didn’t know what she was doing so the manager checked me in with no problem.

Loved the staff. Everyone on staff was very helpful and very on point. Front desk, breakfast crew and cleaning staff. All staff looked happy to be there and help you as needed.

The only thing was the bed was a little soft for our liking.

The breakfast was decent especially for the price of the room. The property has a new fresh look. The bathroom and room were nice and clean. We drove in that morning and were able to check in early.

Breakfast was hot and area was clean. Rooms were all clean and pillows were comfortable. Right off of the highway so easy to get in and out. Will definitely come stay here again!

It was conveniently located along the highway. Quick access to restaurants. The facility was clean and bed was comfortable and clean.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the shower head. It barely threw any water so it took me a little longer than usual to shower.
