I traveled to see Beyonce's Cowboy Carter tour. I just needed a quick hotel for a 2 day stay so I wasn't looking for perfection but I was pleased when I walked in the lobby and it was nicer than I expected.

I came down for breakfast and expected to have to purchase food at the bar or restaurant and they had breakfast set up so I began making a plate. A female staff member then asked me for my room #, without excusing herself (I was on the phone) and the brought me a receipt and said "I need you to sign this". It was an $19 bill for breakfast. Because I was on the phone, I didn't get to correct her like I wanted to but I wanted to tell her it was a better way she could approach guests regarding their tab. I was fine paying for the extra charge but when I checked out, it ended up being included so there were no additional fees but still. Alexander checked me in and he was SO PLEASANT and friendly.

Clean rooms and corridors. The staff was friendly and one particular female staff at the front desk was exceptionally professional and accommodating. I enjoyed my conversation with her. An extra perk … free bottled water.

There were no luggage carts available to transport luggage to our room. The phone system was down when we arrived. The room description in Booking.Com was different from what I actually received at the hotel. I was told that it was an error from Booking.Com. There were not snacks in my room. Put I received two bottles of water.

I tell you what, Folks, The Wife and I have stayed at a million hotels in this country, HOWEVER, this hotel was really fabulous. We were very impressed with the lobby, the cafe and the cleanliness of the floors. Our room was VERY clean, spacious, and I mean spacious. The floor we were on was very quiet. The bed was great, and the bathroom was spotless. We felt safe on the property (armed security guard 24/7).

The location was great. Property was clean, fresh, and new. The room didn’t have a smell. Carpet was clean. Bed was comfy. Complementary Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner were stocked (Large Bottles). I was excited to see makeup removal bar and wipes. Price was great!

I don’t have any complaints.

The cleaniness of the hotel was super nice. The hotel staff was very helpful. Always helping when we have a questions about anything.

The things that could had been better was how the TV wouldn't turn on. Another thing that could had been better is the choice of variety of the breakfast food.

The housekeeping was impatient and didn’t clean my room due to me not leaving until after 10pm the first day. The last day they knock on my door before checkout time which was 12pm

The property looked very clean. I liked the "market" area at the entry. It had a lot of choices. I did not buy anything but would have if I had known of the options ahead of the stay. The room was clean. On my way out of the hotel, the housekeeping staff (one lady) was cleaning the room next to mine. She greeted me, smiled and said to have a great day and a nice Thanksgiving. Her greeting was so pleasant and inviting on a rainy, dreary day. I did not catch her name, but her warm greeting made a difference in my stay. She was cleaning room 217 on 11/19/22 at 11:00 a.m.

I would have preferred a slightly more comfortable bed. It wasn't terrible, but the only thing I would improve for the room itself.

Ms. Keeshea was so nice!! The room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect! It was quiet, no high traffic either. I'll be back next time I'm in Houston.

in general, everything was great, including the friendly staff who helped without problems in all matters related to accommodation, clean rooms, clean bathrooms and clean towels, there is coffee and tea and drinking water in the bathroom
