Inside was just beautiful. The decor, the little river/stream that runs in it with the koi fish. Place was overall pretty clean. Had issue with our room, but was given another right away. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We had this loud knocking noise outside of our window, not from people that stayed next to us. It would happen anywhere from 5-10mins, made it difficult to sleep. Called down to the front desk 3xs, no answer. Had to go all the way down to the desk at 11 something at night to tell them. They did give us another room. Inconvenient that late at night. I saw by the elevators empty plastic diabetic needle casings on the carpet. Not very sanitary.

This was our second time staying here and it was completely different, but I really enjoyed the scenery.

The cleanliness of the room was a 0/10. Our toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. We had to flush, then wait about 2 minutes for it to actually flush. When they came to clean the room, they did not change the sheets, they just made the bed up. We know this because there was a stain on the sheet that was there the whole entire stay.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful lobby. The bartender was exceptional. Parking was conveninet Wasn't able to try the restaurant but would give it a try my next stay in Houston.

My only concern was my restroom as it looked a bit outdated. One of the vanity lights did not work. I was able to hear noise from the room next to me which I didnt like. The beds were on a little on the firmer side

The lobby area with the coy pond was beautiful. I really enjoyed seeing that. Parking was free and easy to find

A lot of the outlets in the room were faulty so we were limited to the one by the nightstand. The housekeeping came in and cleaned our bathroom but not the full room. The AC worked sometimes and when it did the air was ice cold.

Good location and the staff was amazing. The koi fish were so cool but the food in the black and gold bar was so delicious!!!! We were sad we only had one dinner there. The breakfast was good as well but the flavor was weaker than dinner. Over all a perfect stay.

If I had to complain it would be about the shower head and that it was older and didn't detach from the wall. So because if that my hair got wet when that wasn't the plan. Maybe some slightly firmer pillows as an option would be nice as well. I rather two good firm pillows over 4 clouds.

Almost all services. However, they should improve the issue of access for strangers in the room area. For example: Only guests should have access to the elevators on the floors where there are rooms

There is no one to help guests with their bags on arrival and departure from the hotel

First time to Houston. We came to see our son. The hotel was probably built in the 70s on the Hyatt. Regency was building all the atrium with lakes. It was cool to see if they’ve done a great renovation and they keep it very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

It’s a beautiful hotel. There is food available for purchase and the pricing is fair.

No robes available in the room where it says there is free robe. Communication with housekeeping was a challenge. Bacon could be crispier and sausage was undercook. Fried chicken was salty and the fish was bland.

Staff is friendly. Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and sitting area. I picked the breakfast buffet and everything was delicious. I love the fact I didn’t have to leave the property to have breakfast (breakfast has a fee). This property is pet friendly and has doggy treats which is located in the front. I enjoyed feeding the koi fish. The location is not too busy, it’s 15 minutes from shopping centers, a nice park, Gangnam Spa, and restaurants.

Only issue I had was when I checked into my room, it was dirty. I think housekeeping marked it as clean by mistake. I was a bit upset about it ( I had a long drive)but the staff was very friendly. The fire alarm went off 7 in the morning and everyone had to evacuate. It was freezing cold outside and I looked a mess and wasn’t covered up all the way. Finally we were able to return back to our rooms. (Safety first) I couldn’t go back to sleep to rest up to get back on the road. Let just say I had an interesting stay.

Room comfort and good price including free covered parking

The room was very dark. Upon entering my room and turning on the entry light, I struggled to find a light switch for the rest of the room. I had to walk around a dark room until I found the switch on one of the table lamps. Even after I had ALL of the lights turned on, the lighting was poor.
