Several days prior to my visit to this property, I had broke my foot. With not knowing this when I arrive to the property, they accommodated my stay based on my injury without any additional charge and was extremely kind and patient and just went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. This was an amazing experience to feel this type of empathy and compassion thank you so much for making my stay amazing

Everything was amazing. There was nothing to dislike about the property.

The housekeeping was provided every other day and the room was clean, considering the price, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast which makes the stay enjoyable.

The gym facility does not have proper ventilation and some of the facilities are not working, like the treadmill.

Front desk attendants were so friendly and helpful, They have breakfast in the mornings. Coffee all day and cookies at night for guest. Rooms were big and clean and the beds were super comfortable. I LOVED their lotion , shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. Wish I could buy it.

Breakfast was better than the usual fare at hotels and there was some variety from day to day. Coffee was always hot (that's been a problem at other hotels.) Staff was very accommodating.

Cleaning the room every other day. I suppose I am not environmentally friendly, but I like fresh towels daily. However, they did bring them when asked.

our stay at the hotel was due to Hurricane Beryl so after enduring days of heat and no electricity we could not take it anymore; you have an appreciation for cleanliness, a/c, and charging stations during an event like that

While it's conveniently next to the I-10, it's super quiet. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by and easy to access. Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic! There's a laundry room and the front desk keeps quarters to help you out.

The only 2 things I'd recommend is please put some WD40 on ALL the doors - they creak something awful. And increase the water pressure - the shower felt like I was chasing water drops to rinse off.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean & very comfortable. The staff was also nice and friendly when checking-in and checking out. It was a smooth & simple process.

My only problem was the smell. When I walked in the room there was a strong smell that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. It smelled like sewerage. When the bathroom door is closed, you can’t smell it so I kept the bathroom closed until I got ready to use the bathroom.

The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was spacious and felt very relaxing. I also appreciated that the parking lot had was gated and it had free parking. The breakfast was very yummy!

We found a few ants in our bed the morning after we slept in it. I love hot showers with great water pressure, and I defintely didn't get that here. Also, the in-room available wifi was not the best. You could pay to upgrade to a premium wifi, but I couldn't trust it knowing how bad the regular wifi was.

The waffles were delicious and loved the option of having smaller waffles. The pool was also in a good location in relation to the sun also the curtains gave great sun coverage and even allowed the option of translucency.

The hotel was very clean n the staff was amazing friendly 🙂 Tammy was Soo pleasant and helpful... She was amazing
