Staff (both desk staff and housekeeping) was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and very clean rooms, especially for a big-city budget motel. I didn't notice any shady dealings or suspicious characters while there for two days. Nothing got stolen from my room or car. In Houston, that alone is a minor miracle.

Location was a mixed bag -- awkward to get into and out of, being on one side of a turnpike's one-way service road and tucked in between two industrial facilities. But that also helped to keep out the druggies and trouble makers (and Houston in general has a lot of them)...they like easy access.

Fridge and microwave are clean and looks as new condition. Room is clean from every corner and furniture condition is very good. I did not observed anybody hanging out in corridors which is good. I saw many 2 stars hotels but this one on the top. 3 stars standards. Stayed almost 2 weeks. Very suitable for a solo traveler for business.

I basically just tried to book a cheap motel, but even though the price is low this hotel is NOTHING like the crappy Motel 6 or Super 8s you find around the country. Large room, very clean, friendly staff etc. This is of course not the Ritz Carlton, but in the "cheap motel" category, this is a 10/10.

The hotel was very clean, safe and well lit. The room was much larger than expected, very comfortable, and they clean the room every day. Staff very attentive, this hotel is the best value.

I liked where it was placed. It wasn’t busy coming in and out. Easy check in and out. Staff were friendly the whole time and I did feel safe too!

Friendly staff, very clean & secure. Comfortable bed, quiet & extremely clean bathroom. Complimentary breakfast coffee & snacks. Nice updated renovations!

The cleanest hotel! comfortable beds, clean towels, new furniture, I have no complaints!! Staff amazing, very very friendly!! I will definitively stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

Convenient for where I needed to be; clean and comfortable room & bed - excellent value

Freeway noise was pretty noticeable and regular through the night - turning a/c fan on helped drown it out. nothing walkable in hotel vicinity
