The room was overall comfortable, the size was great, and I love how we could check in and out digitally. The food was ok. Staff were nice and helpful.

We had to kill 3 bugs in the bedroom; all were right next to the bed, which gave me a little anxiety before I went to sleep. I would recommend a good pest control spray. The food was ok, it could be better. Our digital key worked for our room but did not work for the doors to enter the building. We had to walk around to the front to enter our room that was in the back.

The location was great. I was very impressed with the service. The photos posted on the website actually matched and met my expectations too. I loved my room and the upkeep of the room, kitchenette, bathroom and property was right on! I will be revisiting real soon.

The only negative was that the bathroom shower and tub hot water didn't put out hot water, just cool temp water. Please check on this.

I like how the location was close to the mall and other restaurants, all within walking distance.

Although we appreciated the free breakfast, it would improve our future stays if they provided more variety of food during breakfast.

The breakfast was nice. The size of the room was excellent. I loved having a full size refrigerator.

It was inconvenient to not be able to use the side entrances with my room key to enter the building. The twists and turns in order to get to my room.

Great size suite and comfortable beds, partially renovated and good breakfast, very clean and spacious and convenient location next to large shopping mall with food court and restaurants next door and eating options nearby.

Questionable area with drunks/ drug affected people screaming in the early hours, was concerned for safety of vehicle overnight and woken by screaming at 2 am in the courtyard.

Our stay was almost perfect. staff, premises, location, comfort, bed, pillows, service, professionalism, all was fantastic. My sister and I arrived in the evening and the gentleman in the front desk went out of his way to make sure our room was on the first floor when I asked for it! He alerted us that the coffee in the carafe was fresh if we wanted to have some and provided me with extra pillows upon my request. He was kind, professional, advised us of the area and things to do. Breakfast area as well as the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

One of my deciding factors was that the premises had to have a pool but unfortunately it was closed. Also, breakfast “hot” choices was very limited but cold choices had a good variety.

Breakfast was great- was worried it would just be muffins but was waffles, eggs,sausage, etc. Although Sunday they didn't have the waffle maker out but there was plenty of other items. The room was nice, staff friendly and accommodating. Location perfect- near the fields, we were there for a soccer tournament.

They had informed us on bookings.com but I still don't know why the pool was closed. We could see it and it was in perfect condition. I am hoping it wasn't a covid thing. Main annoyance, only ONE ice machine! Usually you have an ice machine on every floor- but this hotel only has one on the 3rd floor. We happen to be on the 1st floor- great location for leaving but really far from the elevator to the 3rd- so when we needed ice for thermoses, it took forever. That would be my only real complaint. otherwise, wonderful place!

Very nice staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds

The cleaning lady didnt announce herself before she came in.. I was told she only knows spanish but I heard her knock and Say in english Housekeeping to other rooms. So we didnt get our room cleaned the same day she didnt come back. The pool was closed! That was sad

Breakfast was average at best but included in the rate so very handy, the room was spacious and comfy and had a full kitchen, although the fridge wasn't working 100%. All in all a pleasant stay I would come back

They didn't explain that cleaning was upon request when I checked in so I was confused about that

The landscape and setting were perfect… Only a few hundred feet from the highway, but yet I never heard the commotion from it… My room was very clean and comfortable
