The place was decent. So let me tell you a bit about my experience.. I traveled to Texas to visit my mom who is in the nursing home I went and get my mom to spend a few hours with me at the hotel on our way out the room I told my mom to lock the wheelchair but she have a bit of a dementia and the wheelchair while I was going to the car started rolling and she fell out the wheelchair she was too heavy for me to live her in the car and so I went and I get the gentleman out the front and he was so nice he came and he helped to live her in the car so I want to say thank you so much and I appreciate so much your health for helping me to lift my mother in the car I will never forget this this was a painful memory of her falling out the chair but I was helped by the sweet gentleman that works there and I am so grateful thank you and may God bless you always

It was ok I like my bed a bit soft

I love how they have renovated the inside, but the need to do something about the outside its too expose with no security, also they should renovate the reception area so someone can come seat and socialize. I know its an inn but just giving some business ideas that will bring a lot of people. Also the rooms that faces the road no privacy when you open the blinds.

I was very skeptical about staying in a 2-star motel since we are pretty finicky about comfortable beds and good amenities (I travel a lot for work and am a bit spoiled!). Decided to take a chance based on the awesome reviews and am SO glad we did - the room was all we could ask for at a fraction of what it would have cost us to stay where I did on my last visit. The bed was plenty comfortable and the room was spotless. They definitely sprayed or clean with something pleasantly scented but it was not overwhelming and we became “nose-blind” to it within minutes of entering the room. The office staff was very nice and provided excellent dinner recommendations as well! I can’t speak for the many other Palace Inn locations but this location was perfect - we will definitely stay here on future visits.

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like except maybe there was no Kleenex in the room!

Everything was worth to the last cent! Unbelievable impeccable cleanliness! These guys have to teach all other American low budget hotels that clean doesn't come necessarily with expensive! Very nice subtle and peaceful place which really calms you! Necessary step to get this place so clean was to get rid of all the must-have carpets that most American hotels boast, but have hard time cleaning them and rarely achieve it 100%.. Anyway one more time..these guys are cleanliness geniuses!

They have a small breakfast where you can grab sth like a granola bar, yogurt, fruit, cereal with milk and some pastries. All that was very welcome but not of the greatest quality. For me at least if their coffee was drinkable they would be the most perfect place to stay in America. However their coffee was so disappointing that I couldn't have a second sip ..

Clean, functional kitchenette, nice staff

The beds are a bit uncomfortable. The first night was okay but the second night my lower back was hurting. I also do not like that they offer a very limited quick grab breakfast. The main thing was the internet was not great at all. We were on the second floor farthest from the office.

The room and premises were very very clean. The room was well equipped. It had a fridge, microwave, blowdryer, tv and ironing board. Everything one needs.

One day we arrived for breakfast around 09.30. All the food was gone. We asked but it wasn't possible to restock. People before us used it all. Therefore we got up earlier the day after. Earlier than we actually wanted to. We found this bit the only disappointment.

Very well equipped and clean rooms. Friendly staff and tons of parking spots. People might complain about the breakfast but we actually liked the light and simple concept of grab and go. They constantly refill water bottles and snacks in the lobby which is really appreciated 👍.

Not much to do in the surroundings by walking distance. Easily fixed if you drive though.

Stayed here many times and always love it. It’s in a good area with a lot of things to do nearby. Wonderful restaurant next door. Great value!

The bed this time wasn’t very comfortable. We usually get a king room, but this time we got the queen with two beds and unfortunately the bed was not comfortable for me.

I never saw a 2 or 3 stars hotels provide that much clean and excellent room. I stayed for 10 days and everyday I feel I am staying in a 5 star hotel. I see room is equipped with all required amenities and room and bathroom were super clean everyday. Great job by owner and staff. Definitely stay again.

The Palace Inn Breakfast has been a life saver at times. Having it readily available, and having great staff has made it an easy decision as to why I chose to extend my stay here.

I wish my room had a stove, but for the price this place is great. The fridge in my room does not keep cool and I just need to address it with them. They have always done a great job at being responsive and available
