Clean Comfy Good location

We stayed for 77 days and housekeeping services did nothing come to our room 6 of the 7 days. We had to get clean towels from front desk. Front desk person said each time they would tell housekeeping to come to our room the next day and they never did. Wet dirty towels piled up for days. No excuse in my opinion.

This property was excellent. The beds were cozy, the blankets were perfect. The AC was cold, important in Houston. The shower was amazing. A lot of hotels have shifted to the barn door for the bathroom and they aren't super thick or sound proof or airtight and these ARE!! It was a wonderful stay!

There was a lot of dust on the intake vents in the hallways and the AC was out in the hallways so that was hot, but they were working on it during our stay. It was a great stay not much to complain about!

Staff friendliness was outstanding!

Hotel needs some refurbishment. Broken floor tiles & stained carpets but especially need to update rlectrical outlets in rooms. No USB ports even on lsmps wad not acceptable.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Would like you guys to try grits on your menu. We had eggs,biscuits w/ gravy. No meat only the meat that was in the gravy. No regular sugar but enjoy what we got. Maybe bacon, pan sausage w/ grits, orange juice. But we were well please with everything at this hotel couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you again. Will recommend to family an friends.

Breakfast could have been better. I always enjoy a good waffle when staying at a hotel. Also, there was no meat (sausage) for breakfast. Over all it was a great place to stay!

The people were amazing! They helped my sister after her hotel was horrible. We were here for a family wedding and took great care of all of us.

the rooms are nice and up to date. and the air conditioner is super cold lol.

I’ve got to ding the breakfast. they went too millennial with it. I’d like a good old fashion waffle or some toast and coffee with real sugar. we had to go get breakfast, but the broken egg less than 2 minutes away was excellent. also the pool was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while. the chairs were dirty too. but other than that it was a very nice hotel and I’d definitely stay there again, now that I know what to expect.

Nice size room. Very safe. Updated/newer facilities. Central location right across from mall and off the Hwy.

Breakfast- limited options. One day, there was no meat.

I loved everything. My family was very happy with the room and the stay.

The breakfast may need some upgrading, but it was better than Army breakfast.
