We missed breakfast. Room was great!

We stayed in the room on second floor and wanted to stay another night but had already been rented. They said they could give us a room on third floor but couldn’t tell us a room number! We had to wait until 3 pm to get into the room! This was unacceptable! We had to drive around until 3 pm for a room number. We will not be back!

Location was really good Swimming pool right by the rooms Fridge and microwave in the room Coffee and hot water available 24/7 in the reception free of charge + possibility to buy snacks

Breakfast was too simple TV signal - some channels were losing signal

Toilet could not flush. every time we need to flushed we need to open the tank and do it manually. Receptionist mentioned that they didn’t have nobody available because was Sunday.

Due to heavy rain there was unpleasant smell in the room from bathroom. Unfair to AC didn't much help and window was very hard to open (obviously it hasn't been open for long time)

The hotel was very clean and attendant in whatever was needed and the breakfast was good

There was a smell like wet floor in the hall and in the room

Everything was great! The room was wonderful, staff was super nice.

The pool was a tad chilly and there was a long wait for waffles because there is only one waffle maker.

The location is very close to the Willowbrook Mall and many restaurants. Staff was friendly and let us stay an extra hour.

Breakfast is average continental. Pillows are too soft.

I loved the location right next to the mall, and the comfortable beds.

The room seemed very humid. It was plenty cool, but felt wet.

Very well maintained. The directions on Apple Maps is different to the google location… be careful not to drive past it if anyone is using the Apple Maps gps

The price is a little bit higher than the surrounding area.
