Loved how it was centered around a lot of shopping centers and restaurants.

The staff was nice. Only thing I didn't like was how the staff was never in the front desk. I had a problem with my room key so I went to desk to try and fix the problem but there was no one there. I had to wait for about 15 min until I found the person outside in their car.

Honestly, my experience was great, from checking in to check out. Friendly staff. Our only concern was safety because in the parking lot, there was a vehicle on cinderblocks. It was obvious the tires were stolen and lugnuts were left behind.

Air conditioning in room did not work

We had to take an Uber, which required use of a face mask and we did not bring one. The receptionist, who was masked, was kind enough to give us some for our personal use. The decor was quite nice as well and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is a bit odd, we nearly missed it as it's tucked behind a medical facility and not on an actual road. Additionally, the doors to the rooms are quite heavy and when they close can be be very loud. As we had turned in early, we kept hearing doors slamming like this from other guests.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Having a single-serve coffee/tea maker in the room is very convenient.

Rooms near the stairs can be a little noisy if other patrons fail to recognize quiet hours. Also, the room we got had a very small sink area with no counter space for personal items. However, these two inconveniences are not deal-breakers that overcome the Hilton experience and reputation.
