This was my favorite hotel experience so far. Shout out to Rosa and Blanca for their exceptional customer service. I had a really bad day in checking in with Rosa was so pleasant. And then waking up to speak with Blanca made it even better. So clean and so comfy! God bless this property.

I appreciate it. The location as my travels are always indicative to me being able to go to my own gym… The gym was only five minutes from the location and all the amenities surrounding the location were perfect for my needs.

if I had to make one complaint about the property, it would be that the hallway going to your room was very warm… Almost unbearable. I’m not particularly sure why the hallways did not have working HVAC. IT’S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I STAYED IN A HOTEL, SO MAYBE IT WAS JUST ME.

Location, and parking. People were excellent.

Parts still under renovation, and breakfast was cold. Possibly due to Thanksgiving holiday. No ice machine available. WiFi Very Slow.

The people is the kindest at the front desk, they are the best!!. I love the room design , very clean and organize that give you peace, I have everting that I need in that room; its like going to work to another city taking my apartment with me. I was able to sleep well because it has great blinds to make it dark and is very well insolated, so is quiet. It's quiet to be working at day time as well, no problem with the internet. the parking area is well illuminated so It's safe even if you arrive at night. the location is very close to a nice restaurants area, in the room I was able to cook dinner some nights since I had everything that I need. I really like it.

The biggest opportunity is the food, it's terrible!!! I have to get my own breakfast ....just get a real salsa, tabasco salsa is the worst salsa in the world; at least get an herdez or costena salsa and add tortillas with refried beans and potatoes for vegans. get almond milk unsweeted all the options are with sugar. more types of fruit please you only have oranges. I would like more towels in the room since the pandemic you don't change them . I heated the trail at at the gym , why don't you have lighters weights for women?, please be inclusive we use smaller weights just see an aerobics video or weights video of "the firm". You could add a lamp with a plug at the desktop so I don't have to go under the desk to plug my laptop.

Good room floor plan. Full kitchenette was nice. Convenient location in northwest Houston.

The parking lot lights were awfully bright, and the window shades didn’t help much. The room stays well lit up all night.
