I loved the outside beauty, first. I felt like a queen . The upgrade I truly deserved. I'm hooked and will always book at this facility. The staff was so nice and I appreciate that to the fullness. Thank you everyone for an awesome stay.

The room is spacious and bright.

Booking.com deceives me, the price given is much higher than the market price.I forgive booking.com once, but it didn't have a grateful heart. I experience this hotel this time. I feel that there is no boxing.com high, booking.com is more than $ 20-30 higher than the hotel.

I love coming to the Hyatt. I said it before and I'll say it again. I feel like a queen, always. The price, location, staff and last but not least the BK. This is my spot when coming to Houston.

It's nothing I didn't like.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was a nice size.

The building felt very muggy, walking into the building down the halls was very unpleasant.

I loved the ice cold room we were moved to (Rm#201) because the first room (233) ac didn’t work. I loved the staff especially (Ja) I think that’s her name. she was from New Orleans. We also loved the amazing made to order omelettes.

The hot halls of the hotel weren’t fun

The kitchen was beautiful an the tub with the fireplace....🙂

That we couldn't sit in the back but I see the work she has done an it will also be beautiful....

My whole stay was great, the staff was wonderful and understanding. We were running a bit late to check out and they didn't hassle us about it at all. They called and asked us if we were staying again and we so no but we were running late. The kind gentleman Brandon at the front desk said no problem, then went on to ask how long do we think we need. Him and I came to a time and he sweetly said no problem. It's our time away to relax from the chaos at home, and being somewhere like Hyatt House really makes our stay feel as if we're customers that matter and not just another $ sign. I didn't like that the store at the front desk didn't have much of a selection. Oh and it would be nice to add salt and pepper shakers to the room, or at least have packets at the front desk.

If you want a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle this is it, staff is amazing Food was good place was clean very good and safe place to stay I traveled from Indpls to Houston couldn't have had a better stay, bed was comfortable nice quiet and peaceful stay beyond expectactions

Breakfast was much better than I thought it would be! Everything was delicious! Bed very comfortable, and overall great value!

No water fountain.

The pool was a nice respite, the beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The kitchen set up was nice and would have been perfect for a long stay.

When we checked in there was a used soap, dirty flatware, and a full trash can left in our room. The shower had low pressure and it was hard to not burn or freeze in it.
